Fresh reports are coming in that Upen Patel is in talks with Arya Babbar to allot him a portion of babbar mansion so that he can settle in with Karishma Tanna. He is asking for the outhouse that has one bedroom and an attached sandaas and built in kitchen. Since Arya was reportedly getting married it was suppose to be his man-cave but now Upen has put him into a dilemma. Apparently his girlfriend is super mad at him and has given him an ultimatum that eithers its going to be her or Upen at Babbar mansion causing Arya to break into tears. 😆

...and then arya babbar chose his girlfriend over upen patel which made upen go into rambo mood yet again. Finally arya babbar had to call the police to get things under control! 😆

really upen has 4 houses! but why would we believe this!

arya so many times said in the show that mera ghar ka darwaja tere liya khula hey! and after his 1st eviction he directly went to arya's house😆

now we only will believe he has 4 houses,when he will post pic of his every house with house registration paper

We all know her top floor is empty and all gold differs are prospectors. Hope is everything for them to live the dream and deep down she hopes Upen comes thru with his promises.

He had a bad phase a couple years ago when his father passed away... Doesn't mean he's still stuck in those bad times. Upen has many houses... The rent he gets per month is more than what many housemates make her month. Pritam has mentioned this many times on BB8.
