I don't think her insecurities are about co-stars, I think they are moreso about her off-screen persona. Because of the whole Depression thing, Anu actually said it in one of her interviews first, and then all of a sudden she dedicates everything to mental health. Not sure if it was timing, or she was just being insecure.
But I still like her, nobody is perfect, and Id better relate with a more vulnerable person.
