After watching the serial this week, two aspects of the character of rudra comes out, the emotional Rudra who is very much attached to those close to him and the angry young man who is unable to control his feelings and gets carried away with them.
Whilst we can understand the insecurity that losing close ones in such circumstances, the savage behaviour cannot be explained. I believe that Rudra the young man had all the love from Mai Mui, so does it mean that her upbringing had no value in his life. Is Rudra going to be guided by only by his extreme anger? What about his friend Punnu Tiwari, his adoptive father and mother? What was the need to have them if only to fill a void for the sake of it?
Seeing this week's last episode, I could see a savage Rudra who seems to have come from the wild, I cannot see the Rudra who was brought up by Mai Mui at all.
If the makers are trying to show that Rudra is disturbed, the least they can do is do it with class. There is no need to resort to bestiality to attain their objectives.
Last episode for me is a no no.
However the part where he goes to is house and both he and his dad were present was very well enacted by both father and son. The helplessness was there, but each showed it in their way.
There is still hope for Rudra if he is less bestial and more class.
