I love the simplicity with which this story is being told. I love the friendship between Akash, Lav and Khush. I love the conversation that Arnav and Khushi had at lunch and then on text. Needless to say, I love everything about it so far :) It is so difficult to move on in life, yet is it must be done.

I really like how the beginning of this chapter turned out- two simultaneous conversations, four different people- two, telling the same story. But we get to see their inner thoughts about their relationship, the glimpse of truth behind the words they're saying. I love it- there's a subtlety to it, one I know you love. Showing, not telling. 😆

I've always said that the friendship you show between them is so real- for me, especially the moment when Lavanya snatches the phone out of Khushi's hands, and she snatches it back. But really, it's the moment when Khushi begins to text him back, and Lavanya notices that her friend is coming alive again, beginning to feel- that sense of relief she feels at seeing a loved one's suffering ease ever so slightly... so damned well portrayed.

HA! The pun! 😆 😆 Ah, that's exactly the kind of joke that amuses me far too much. Blame my father.

Again- the friendship. It's so warm and cozy, not very much unlike that cup of chai they were drinking. I love the impishness in Maya, the way she pushes him to confront this thing that he... doesn't want to name (heh. Get it? Get it?). Maya's so adorable- mischievous and a lot of fun. I would want to be friends with her!

My favorite part of this chapter is the halting admissions of Arnav and Khushi. They don't say it all, but I really really like how you give us- the readers- enough of a glimpse to give us a hint to the depth of their feelings. Their hesitance, the unwillingness- it's like you can hear them speaking, here their voices that give you little clues to what they feel. The ones that are, and the ones that were.

I'd want to be friends with all of your characters- that's how I feel, when I read your writing. I want to be friends with them, get to know them. Build a relationship.

And goddamn it, update soon.

I totally loved the update, and savored every moment till the last word but now I want a refill real fast...😕

What a way to tell the story how their past started out, both of talking telling their side to two individuals that were glued just like the rest of us... It was just the right amount of information to give us all hope, but then the need to know what happened in that week is bursting at our seams. It might seem like nothing, but it must have been impactful for these two to remember it vividly though they didn't share.

I am firm believer in, there are people who come into your life for a short period, but leave an impression on you for a lifetime. They make a special place in your heart, and you hold onto those memories.

There is hope for both of them to move forward. The way their emotions play, the expressions, say it all. It might be slow at first, but I am banking on them getting there and finding their second chance. And when that does happen, it will be explosive!

For now, let's see how it plays out...

The text he anxiously waited for finally arrived and it was brilliant! I absolutely LOVED the back and forth with these two!

Maya Maya Maya... she is one amazing friend and damn hysterical, that had me laughing ouT loud. I can totally see her popping in when Khushi is around, and play matchmaker. I would love to see a scene like that.

Awesome job M... every week it gets better and better...👏

I just realised the choice of names could be deliberate.

Now I absolutely want to know the reason why.😃

Sometimes we fail to know and understand another after tears of being together.

And sometimes a week is enough.

The week Khushi and Arnav spent together was definitely special.

Wonder what happened between them!

The text messages were cute.

Arnav WAS waiting very very impatiently.

I love Maya in this story.

She is a real sweetheart.

Arnav indeed is lucky to have her for a friend.

Wonder if Khushi will accept Arnav's offer.

Hope she does.

That was an amazing update. The end made me smile/grin so hard. I am just as happy as Arnav 😆

Khushi is totally smitten with ASR.. Heck, he is just as taken by her.

So many msg at one go and such a sweet text rally...

Now, just like Maya I wanna know all about those 7days that they spent togther and the reason that never let them come together that time.

How can I erase the memories filled with your fragrance?

How can I erase the memories I have hidden away from the world?

How can I erase the memories I have kept close to my soul for a lifetime?

How can I erase the memories which have been etched so deep in my heart?

Memories which neither time nor space nor relationships could erase...

MB, another super duper update. After reading every update of yours, there is always a conflict in my mind as to what sentence or phrase or para or situation I liked the best. And every time there is a tug of war between the words you have written in my mind and almost everytime there is a tie between them. I love them all equally!!!!

Arnav and Maya were friends before they married and so were NK and Khushi. Ways of fate are indeed strange, while one marriage survived and flourished the other failed. I wonder why???

But even with a failed marriage, the friendship of Arnav and Maya is just amazing. Again makes me wonder how the bitterness of the failed marriage never comes inbetween their friendship.

Some short term memories last a life time. The one week Arnav and Khushi spent together, whatever happened in those seven days apparently has impacted both of them tremendously.

Are these text messages an indication of the start of another life time memories that are going to be made...

You are such a gifted writer! I loved reading the chapter. The way it's unfolfing is actually exciting. I wish it was a book, I wouldn't stop till I finished it before re reading it multiple times :) . I cannot describe how much joy reading each of your chapters brings to me. The thrill of reading a really well written book or seeing a well taken movie is like a balm in our daily life. I think you are one of the best authors I read in recent times.
