if this cannot make the dream team SaSeRe realize what utter fools they are to keep the twin secret from Aahil, I think I look forward to Tanveer doing the honors and then further screwing up Sahil relation. Maybe this time Aahil WILL instruct Sanam2 to not let 'others' enter the bedroom.

LOL... maybe he did see her limping and lifted her and brought her to the room! We know he doesn't mind lifting "Sanam" in his arms and carrying her around! Hahaha, oh wait!! Ohh nooo! 😆

Call me crazy.. But one little part of me is still hoping that this is Sanam in bed with Aahil. Perhaps there will be a flashback that will show how the twins switched

In any case, Aahil needs to find out about the twins. He's the only one who doesn't know about them. Even Khala and Khallu know...and Billi is not blind anymore. So what's the point of just keeping it from Aahil?
