Writer/Director gave some very nice Nidhi/AshNi scenes (some totally filmy too) with Mangalsutra. She had to flaunt this marital symbol for those scenes. 😳

Maybe Anji followed what Nidhi did coz no such scenes for her 😕

Maybe it was to show age-gap. Ashu was senior & old-fashioned and to accommodate to his prefernces, Nidhi wore Mangalsutra. In Amar track, Ashu was annoyed at why Nidhi was not wearing S & MS (sindoor & mangalsutra 😆 ) He had even remarked "Lekin pehnaya toh maine tha, agar aap bhooli nahi hai toh" 😆 Nidhi wearing these marital symbols mattered to him it seems as indicative of she belonging to him 😳
