Gautam needs to get a grip on his Meltdowns. Real life isn't fair.

It is said that the one that angers you controls you. Don't give anyone that power especially the one who does it intentionally. I have suffered immensely in my life due to my anger issues. I could have been somebody done things and gone places only if I put a lid on it. Now I have put it behind but it has taken me a very long time and bruised a lot of people burnt a lot of bridges and put up a lot of unnecessary walls. Hence my advice to Gautam is to control his anger and use his frustration to the right causes instead of letting it drag you down. He has a whole life ahead and such spikes in frustration and those meltdowns does not do him any good.
This is just the Bigg Boss house but the world is full of people like Ali and situations where the barriers are mentally and physically pushed.

Imagine if Gautam is attending an office interview where people are asking him all kinds of questions and he lets out one of those screams and bails out?

What would he do when he is standing in the airport line and the TSA agent decide to pull him for a random inspection? Would he lose his cool too? Doing so will not end too well for him.

How would he react when he gets married some day and his wife is pregnant and moody. Maybe she wakes him up for a middle night craving or decides to break down in his arm? Would he stomp off and leave the room.

Or what about when he is sleeping peacefully and he is awoken by a baby's cry.

I can go on and on, and point being is that nobody owes him anything. He sometimes invests himself too emotionally and feels disappointed when let down. Nobody really has to come and control him or make him feel good, but if they do the last thing he shouldn't do is to go off at them. It will only alienate him and make him a bitter person. He has champion qualities and many people are looking up to him hence he needs to get a grip and snap out of things and take it easy on those tarzan screams.

One of the few posts I actually liked of yours Boss. Very mature explanation. I completely agree.

Crying doesn't make you weak, but what you cry over is what makes you weak.
And this time Gautam is weak and someone who seems to have lost the point of big boss.

True!!!
And I think experience teaches everyone at one point or other.

BB is def a learning experience for Gautam!! He has some qualities which makes him a champion - truly said!... and this game n experience will def help him interacting with different kinds of people from here on!!!

Expectations sometimes paves the way for hurt if not reached. He has been hurt quite few times now with similar issues on the show. so he should get hold of himself and play well for the remaining days.

Its all about self restraint. For example I hate my Boss (yes I do have one) and I sometimes cannot stand them or what they throw at me. But I always see the bigger picture and wont let it get to me because doing so will only harm me or my career. Life has never been fair, it is what you make it out to be. Not everything is served on a platter and just like that revenge is best served cold.

The task ran for 2 days and he showed patience but there is point where people do break down. Even at work, people try to bully or say things that are inappropriate, either people retaliate or quit. I think when you have such tough time you need friends/family for support and he couldntfind any friend thats why he broke down.

But quitting your job is only going to harm you na? Nobody else. All your haters would only want that nothing else, why give them the benefit or the joy? Yes we all want a shoulder to lean onto but doesn't mean one is always going to be available. Real life sucks and just like bad weather there are bad phases to, how you come out of it is what makes or breaks you.

Honestly it isn't a big deal what happened today but there seems to be a trend and since I care for him, it does worry me that it wont end well for him. Can you imagine him going to the US and having a rude TSA agent frisk you or take you to the side? If he snaps like that they will be all over him with tasers, dogs and no fly list bans.

I agree with you but i believe it was the sleep deprivation and fatigue which got best of him. He wouldn't have reacted like that in day to day situation I m sure.

We cannot pick and chose the battles in our life. They come when we least expect it and sometimes when we are down on luck. There are times where you are tending to a sick family member at hospital, or dealing with somebody who isnt doing too well in life. Day to day situations are worse. This is nothing. Infact it was easy peasy. Real life is 100 times scary with how it closes against you and gets you by the balls.

In real world, if someone like Ali entered Gautam's space, choice is always there to avoid. Here there is no avoiding because HM's are in your face under guise of task. Even so, going by the job example, Gautam has proven that he can tolerate to a far greater deal than the others. Hasn't he done the most menial work in that house. Hasn't he been at the receiving end of the most menial punishments, unfairly as well. Hasn't he always been treated like a sevak, always unfairly targeted for nominations. So he knows that the world and life is unfair. He knows and he has taken most in good grace without complaints yet the one breakdown he has and he has to suddenly learn like others who has had it easy how to play mental game?????? Come on.

In the outside world, he wouldn't be living with people who are ready to throw him under the bus whenever they get a chance...
