What a story it's turning out to be!

Complex, and with so many levels

The more you see it, the harder it gets to write about it!

And miss a couple of epsidoes ... it's too much to fathom!

What do I write about?

The web of intrigue and deceit that was depicted on Monday?

The new connections between Maya's and Rudra's family that we were exposed to?

The emotional blackmail that Shivananda was subjected to?

Or the emotional upheaval of Rudra that we witnessed on Tuesday?

To visit the place of his childhood, and since Rudra is a man of heightened sensibilities

And has a huge emotional connect with his past memories

And also since his childhood memories are trapped in his mind

Visit to his home opened the floodgate of emotions

And for the first time since that fateful day 24 years ago

RUdra wept, sobbed cried like a child

For the mother he was snatched from

For the father who was lost

For the trauma and fear he faced

For the scars he has carried

For Udiya baba, who died to save him

For Maimui who was killed to hurt him

And for all that stayed locked up in his heart

And the same moment that Shivananda cried for his lost son

Both so near, yet so far

Both connected to each other

Yet it was this complete absorption in each other's past memories

That dulled their awareness of each other's presence just a few feet away!

Or should I wrote about today?

Maya too is embroiled in deceiving rudra

Whatever her motive

She has betrayed him!

What is story of katerine?

Why is she so important to the DM and prof Rao?

And why has Shivananda sent greyrson to khoye payes house?

Yeh khel kya hai?

The story is extremely multilayered

It has political intrigue

It has characters who are yet reveal their role and intent

It has plots and subplots that are yet to merge into the main plot

And it has the highly emotional yet harsh complexed and yet a DIL SE pure rudra

On an emotional roller coaster

It is a story that has to be followed, with attention and focus

For its a million things happening all together

For this week 3 days put together - 9/10

Sorry, but a bad attack of viral fever kept me away

And it's not a show where you can watch with half your attention,

It requires alertness, agility and attention!

Of course number cut for the horrendous wig of shivananda- makeup artist 2 number cut

And number cut for the zero chemistry of Maya rudra

And number cut for the extremely tepid acting of Maya ,!!

strongly agree that the story becomes more and more complex, it requires to be mentally present at 100% and see detail by detail, a chained thinking about a vicious circle. Every time I plan something, the next day Utkarsh surprised me with something else, I will now stay silent until the end of the week to be able to predict something.

And what is this Maya! while I say surely she don't knows anything, she becomes villain one stroke, but it may that utkarsh changes all of a sudden, so I stay calm for the moment, and what is this weird nanu,he is not at all the nice grandpa.

Many ways for this story of a sudden, my dad told me that the show should be an hour and he is right, because the sequence of events becomes too complex and it requires much more concentration.

And finally to avoid predict things that do not happen and I often see the opposite happen hhh 😆, so I'll shut up and enjoy till the end of the week to give conclusions.

Most important that every episode i see one of good actors shining, love this concept that the show is about all actors and not only about leads like others shows, every episode you like an actor and his acting

PS: I disagree with you about Maya, strange but I loved her today, I think she played well this episode, it's better for her to be mischievous she act well, i believe her more in this case, I find her most sincere than what she was before, for all of us it was clear, what she was no spirit can believe it

Agree with you every point, complex the word for sure. Maya indeed was send, make sence now how her entry was so sudden. Why she wanted to be friend with a guy who strangle her almost. Trying to get used to Maya but Im even liking Katharine better with Rudra. Agree dont see the chemistry between Rudru and Maya, it is kinda cold to me. Maybe because she betrayed him i dont know..which i kinda sence since the beginning. Maya indirect is also responsible what happen to Maimiu. Lets see, will give it more time.

Wondering what Maya family really want from Rudru. They always knew where he was, why not bring him ealier. So the reason must be the amrit.

Yes wondering too what is the deal with Katharine.. I've feeling she is just acting being a tourist. She sure knows more. And also has her own agenda.

Your Dad is so right, the show shouldve been of 1 hour episodes! I think in the 22 minutes of viewing time, the speed becoming too zooming and jerky at times. Longer epsidoes would've probably made it a bit mellow!

But the show has a surprise at every turn and as you rightly pointed out, the only way to enjoy is to sit back and go with the flow.

Maya, is indeed a puzzling character! She is not able to realise the enormity of her actions and hasn't realsed that she is in a way responsible for Maimui's death! she probably doesn't know the extent of evil her mamaji is capable of!

Nanu - what a strange request he has made - but he is th only one who realises that they have sinned and he is paying for them, his sons are too arrogant and power hungry to even see that !

Ashna, you are right, I too feel that Maya is indirectly to take the blame for Maimui's death, and I think one day she shall repent it! But it will shatter rudra, as it is he is emotionally so fragile, but he shows that he cares for Maya!

Rudras mother - still a mystery, while she is there in all his memories, there is no indicator of her presence. Iam guessing she is alive, because again to get an actress like Shruti Ulfat, just for flashbacks - would be unfair, so I am sure she has a big role!

Lovely round up of the week so far, Arshi!

Apart from the week where Maya comes into Rudra's life, the pace of the episodes is a drift from usual TV standards. On a regular show, this would have taken 4 months. But not with MK. And to me that is the best part about this show.

Since the story is progressing fast, we are seeing more characters and screen space distributed among all, not just the leads. In the process, we got some wonderful cameos.

A week of revelations it has been.

Maya should be dying of guilt about being responsible for mai's death. She knew mai's death made him leave Kashi. But no remorse? Even after seeing Rudra cry like that.

The lady was acting strange. But I think she has not yet connected the dots.
