Obviously sanchalak (Upen) was not paying attention on the lights at all.. Although Ali did leave after rahul...but this is when Rahul and Ali were having a silly argument...and Ali's hand was not on the button.. for a moment it was blank...he should've been out...

but a after sometime he left with a deal made with tanna

In order for Ali or anyone to be disqualified from the task, their light has to go red. The light obviously did not go red in this case. Plus, Ali was holding on to the button. Probably just a glitch.

There are many other reasons with which you can bash Upen but this was a lame one to be honest. Sorry😆
