The two supported him and were friends with him early on. Pritam stood up for him when everyone was against him.

However, they soon realized that this guy truly only wants benefits for himself. Everyone calls Karishma selfish (which she is) but Gautam is the walking definition of selfishness and hypocrisy. He's just not as vocal as Karishma.

He only expects his friend to help him advance in the game, support him blindly, not criticize him, make him captain.

Friendship is a one way street for him and the ones who do not conform to his definition of friendship get to hear his lectures.

Today he was preaching to Sambhavna about "personal spaces" and how everyone has one. Where was this mentality when he spent the entire season poking others and crossing boundaries with his cheap attempts at "jokes"?

Yes, Pritam and Praneet have always been right about him. But because they refused to put up with his nonsense, they were shown the door in the garb of 'nakali dost' and by giving stupid percentage ratings.

Last weekend, when Farah asked the HMs whether Pritam can be a true friend to anyone...Gulati was the only one who did not agree with it. And when Farah prompted him, he launched into a sermon about 'meri dosti', 'Maine friendship nibhaayi', 'Maine yeh kiya', 'ab maine inhe inke haal par chhodh diya hai'...yawn! *Delusional*

Did he even bother to understand the question? It wasn't about 'whether Pritam can be a true friend to Gulati'.

No one deserves a 'friend' like Gulati. He doesn't know the meaning of that word.

Also remember when during one of the WKW's, he was going on about Praneet "yeh hamaray beech mein rahay hain" as if he is some leader and took Praneet under his wings.

So glad he was told off and reminded that he also lived amongst them and not to give himself so much importance.

And his whole expectations from friendships...like isn't that selfish at all? It astounds me how this is so overlooked.
