Krutika tries to slit her wrist, much to everyone's shock. Sid, Raj, and Simran rush her to the hospital, who refuses to touch her as it is a police case, and he needs an NOC from the police. Sid asks the doctor to begin the treatment, as the formalities can be completed later. Simran asks Sid to keep DD away from her daughter, as she doesn't wanna lose her daughter. Sid tries to defend DD by telling her about Rajveer and his evil plans, but Simran is too distraught to see sense. She accuses him of becoming DD's puppet, and tells him to keep DD away from her family. Krutika needs blood, and Sid goes to donate blood to her.
Naani and Roshni get ready for the party, while DD promises that she won't let Roshni's marriage fail like hers did. Naani comments on how DD has changed after Sid's entry in their lives.
The doctor informs everyone that Krutika lost her baby, and she's murmuring Rajveer's name in her sleep. Simran begins to accuse DD and her family for ruining Krutika's life. At that moment, Rajveer arrives, and pretends that DD hired goons to beat him up. His act gains sympathy from Simran, but not from Sid.
Pratima dresses Roshni up. DD comes, and is emotional, that she didn't enjoy Roshni's real marriage. She's very happy for Roshni, and is glad that Sid has changed her and the dynamics of their relationship. She tells Roshni that she can go and live with Sid and his family as well; and also thanks Sid for saving them from their debts. Babloo comes in and mentions how Sid's unreachable, and Roshni too agrees. Babloo goes and promises to bring him back.
Rajveer pretends to badmouth DD for ruining his life, which irritates Sid. Sid drags him out of the hospital and beats him up, which is seen by the police. The police arrests the two of them.
Precap: Rashami Desai Sandhu is dancing in Roshni-Sid's remarriage. The two exchange garlands. Simran arrives there with her lawyers, and asks them to stop the drama.
