Chapter-3

Arnav kept gazing at the star painted on the ceilings lying in the soft mattress, for hours. It had been a long time since he got time for himself to think about something or particularly about someone, life these days had been tough for him, not allowing him enough time to ponder about the yester days, but today has been all about his past. Right since the morning the suspense about this unknown man, NK had kept him awake. He knew him quite well. How? He dint knew. Answers weren't far but he dint knew if we wanted them, he has been running from everything associated to him in the past and he wanted to do the same now. He was afraid, of having to face anyone he once knew.

Nk saw arnav walking out of his room towards the main door. NK closed the file in his hand and stood up, he cant let him go right now, atleast not before khushi comes back. When arnav almost reached the exit door NK called out,

Planning to go somewhere Mr. Raizada?

Arnav dint answered, he simply ignored him turned the knob and moved out. NK ran behind him and shouted,

Are you even listening to me? Do I need to remind you that you cant go till I allow u?

Arnav dint turn back he kept walking towards the exit doors. As he reached there, and tried opening them the watchman caught his hand.

Sir you cant go! He stated politely.

What the ...he turned back to stare at NK who was standing at the mansion threshold with his hand folded, smiling amusedly.

Arnav walked back to NK with determined steps and yelled as loud as he could,

What do you want dammit? You cant hold me prisoner like that. Just tell me what is needed of me, I'll do it and then let me go.

Well as of now, you walk back to your room, that is all I need. NK stated unmoved.

Arnav gritted his teeth,

How long?

In response NK just shrugged his shoulders and walked back without a reply.

Khushi came out of her car, she watched the dark sky which was thundering loudly, weather here was similar to turmoil that was going inside her. She kept looking at her house like it was the first time she was here, the knowledge of him being somewhere inside made her shudder, the rain droplets falling on her felt like a needles piercing her body , her trance was broken by the watchman who had jogged upto her with an umbrella,

Madam please get inside, its raining heavily.

Ham thik hain, aap jaiye. Khushi said without looking at him. Watchman refrained himself from saying anything more and hesitantly walked away, he had never heard madam speak in hindi, something was definitely off today.

Khushi walked inside with slow steps. As soon as she was inside her eyes darted towards the guest room, the lights were off, was he in there? She hesitantly walked towards the door, taking a deep breath she opened the door. The room was dark but she could still make out that he was lying on the bed , maybe deep in slumber. She walked more closer to have a look at him. His face was covered with the duvet. Her hands shook as she tried to pry the cover off his face. But as soon as she touched the fabric her hand was arrested in a vice like grip and the next instant she was pulled to the bed, before she could recover and think what just happened, arnav's torso was all over her.

Arnav was having a hard time sleeping, reasons being many, strangers house, ultra soft mattress, pain in the shoulder, constant loud thunders and his ever going on thought process. It was 11 in the night , then even sleep was miles away. He covered his face with the blanket and tried to give sleep another shot. But the noise of opening of his door made him alert instantly, he heard soft footsteps approaching him. His mind began planning all sorts of moves to defend himself incase of an attack, he cant be complacent again. Soon the steps halted and he felt someone hand near his face holding the duvet. His reflex instantly caught the hand and next he pulled the intruder on the bed and mounted with all his body weight on him. Or her???!!!

She felt air being painfully oozed out of her lungs as his heavy torso crushed her, his face neared her. She froze!

Old memories flooded her brain, her body went stiff, her eyes went wide, blood drained off her face, her hands went cold and breathing stopped. Her heart cried No ! No ! Not again ! he is again forcing himself on me!

its too confusing...the last line " he is again forcing himself on me! " ... I didn't get it...update the next part plz
