I don't fully understand the much about precap, a man is shown, a dead body in lab, acp sir talking about submarine and duo in boat or sth else like that...

I am confused with the precap... I heard that a person' sis was suffering from cancer and he needed money for the treatment... Then a strange looking ( surely a bad guy )man had told that he will arrange the money for the treatment... The bad guy takes the person along... I mean kidnaps him on the way... I think makes him unconscious with chloroform.. Then v hear Acp sir saying that marine engineers are kidnapped... A dead body shown in lab.. Two people in a boat... A submarine shown many times...

I am fully confused with the precap...😕😕😕

Can anyone tell me what was the precap... I didn't understand it clearly...
