Did RV know about Disha's pregnancy and how did Rishi come ?

Hi everyone, had to make this post because it was bothering me too much.. please comment with your views !
Do you think RV knew about Disha's pregnancy before the wedding..?

First I thought he did somehow and also knew that Rishi was responsible for it..(courtesy some part not shown to us) and that is why he called Rishi to the wedding to bring things in open as he said..

But I later realized that RV was not even planning to come for the wedding, was happy to sit in the brothel till Ritika pulled him out..
In the episode, he was shown as looking bored and listening to music etc..with I-don't-care-a-damn expression while the whole high-voltage blame drama was going on.. If that was the case, how did he know Rishi was involved and when did he ask Rishi to come ?

Or Did he just pretend of not caring and actually called/txted Rishi during that time to come immediately.. His expressions when Amba opened the pregnancy secret were little stern but did not tell if he was surprised or not..

And on top of that the way he actually butchered Rishi calling him all wonderful names highlighting his kaminapan etc.. and then Rishi told him that he has done the job as RV had asked him to..
The whole thing looked very fishy to me.. why would a guy like Rishi walk into this and bear it unless they have some hidden pact...

I am still wondering what are these 2 guys upto then.. It looks improbable that they were already together because in that case, RV would already know what Chirag was upto..and in fact he would have asked RIshi to kill Chirag there itself ! so is this the beginning of they coming together .. or were they always together..

All very confusing !! The script writers surely are eating my brain out...

Well i think rv didn't knew that disha was pregnant but when rishi was his assistant nd disha was flirting with him he might hav seen it someday nd when rv exposed rishi he told that rv is going to be the one whovwill bring me back nd ur gonna regret this so after everything coming out he may hav made plan to call rishi to checkvwhether he is the father or not nd meanwhile he would hav said him to tell everybody to say that i told u to do everything nd like this his theer was on niisaan nd rishi was the father of her child nd after knowing it he started useing words like kutta kaminapan etc etc...

Haven't seen the episode, but all I hope is things do not vanish just like that and we're left with baba ji ka thullu type stuff.

Still, I can think there is something else on work since they disclosed Harshad Parekh's death's secret when the right time came.

Remember that scene after RV came back from the hospital where he met Rishi and told him to take Disha away so he would have one less mouth to feed?

Thanks Marigold fir the links..Shakti did say in the interview that 'mujhe pata hota hai ki disha pregnant hai' and also said that 'lambi plotting hai' which supportedly we will get to see soon!
