Rudra performs last rites of Mai. Puts her shoes & Sun glasses on her body. Some people of Kashi are present too. Punnu & Maya are with him all the time sitting at a distance. Next day after doing the asthi visarjan, tells Maya, she wanted him to come to Allahabad, he is ready. Both Maya & Rudra come to bank of Ganga with their luggage. Punnu too wants to accompany Rudra but he is asked to take care of his father by Rudra. His home is no longer a home it's a smashan now. Punnu tells Maya to take care of Rudra. Shivanad answers everyone wants to prove their thinking, doing is right & works towards convincing others. The chief realizes truth in his words after they've left. Both G & S are on their way to India.
Dr. Rao tells Charlse, the girl he was asked to follow is in a train to Allahabad, he should steal her purse.
Charlse snatches her purse inside the train & runs. Rudra is in same compartment, runs behind Charlse, who manages to see Rudra's Garuda sign at his back.
