After reading this post It all makes sense! So to get revenge, Chirag paid Rishi money to seduce Disha! Then after Rishi was arrested by the police, he blamed RV for bringing Disha into his life, instead of Chirag!...So RV has no clue that Disha is pregnant! Only Ishani knows about it! But Ishani thinks that RV is the one who told Rishi to cheat Disha and not Chirag! Wow, I'm getting dizzy just from writing this story line!
