Imagine you call a customer care for a complain, say inflated bills, and the representative reply that you also take bribes so you are not suppose to question our inflated billing.

I do not think this is what is expected from a customer care representative.

So in my view he failed.

bt dear dere is a diff in inflated bills n character assassination. u call up customer care n start doing his character assassination n see if d operator is polite n swt to u.

Inflated bill was just an non BB example dear,

Here we are talking about a BB show and task ( as per task customers were supposed to irritate call operator ) Rahul asked Pritam what he had done in the show ( that's exactly what BB asked them to do ) , nothing from outside , which was perfectly okay. Ab Pritam ne kaam hi aisa kiya ho toh Rahul or koi aur kya kare...Questions toh puchhenge na...

But that doesn't mean Pritam starts accusing customer about the same 😆 That means he failed the task as a call operator. Simple.
