This interview proves how professional GR is! He is a very good actor and knows his commitments well!
As for his equation with JW, I always knew in the initial stages of SC that they were not friends. I also don't beleive you need to be good friends off screen to create on screen chemistry! Like any work setting it is the work chemistry that is important! I have worked with many people over my professional career and I only have a handful of friends I made at work. But had good working relationships with many people!
Sometimes being too close to your co stars can backfire as well. Now that JW and GR are not work colleagues I guess they can actually be freinds. Their bonding was clear at the MK launch screening. As for the stories that GR doesn't get on with Payal Rajput which has done the rounds... Well I think they have a great chemistry on screen and probably a cordial enough relationship off screen to sustain their work! THAT is all that's needed! As long as it's not ugly or gets personal, then being "best buddies" with your co star or any co worker for that matter is NOT needed to get a good outcome in a work setting!
My personal motto was that I never date a co worker! I stuck to that and never did! I married someone totally outside my work circle and I never regret that decision! Loved the interview!
