I think Rachna's behavior is correct. She was away from her family and Benaras for 6 months, so it was "easier" for her to "forget" KT, especially since she was taking care of Bittu. But when she saw KT, all the pain came rushing back to her and she became angry, confused, sad, etc. Somewhere inside her she hopes that KT has come back for her because she still loves him and she wants him to love her as well. She doesn't believe that he betrayed her so why should she ignore him? She wants everything to return to normal like it was before.

Rachna's family is correct in the sense that they think KT is the bad guy. After all, they don't know all of the manipulation he faced at the time of the wedding; they just think he ran away because he didn't want to marry Rachna. They are trying to look out for Rachna, so them telling KT to stay away from her is absolutely correct.

KT is only ignoring Rachna because Shail made him promise to go away from Rachna's life forever. Deep in his mind KT too feels bad for betraying Rachna and solely taking the decision for both of them. He still loves her, but somewhere he feels that Rachna deserves better. In that sense, I feel that KT is also behaving normally.
