Yes..I don't understand Hindi..but I watch Bollywood and listen to songs I have no idea what they are saying. But I have been watching Bollywood since I was a baby..I understand what the songs say most of them time. And I don't need subtitles to understand the dialogues.

I heard him first in one of my friends friend's car, who happened to be from Somalia (i guess you familiar with them..all of them in Minnesota) anyways i loved his songs the min i heard,been listening to him for few years now.just don't understand them..

anyways I'm always listening to his songs but i don't get a word he says whatsoever,but that don't

Yess..
I used to like many such 'alien' songs..Even though what they used to utter make me feel utter moron , it was music only which caught my attention..Like that Didi Arabic song..Or Ya ghali..Or even that bs mummy song..
And yeah , sometimes language too attunes the attention ; be it music or movies..Like I used to watch , intermittently , those Tamil etc movies running on Sun , Jaya etc ; primarily because this language of us sounded too exotic for me 2 b ignored..Even when some morose scene was playing like somebody died & people wailing in their language/tone , I used 2 enjoy/laugh..
I was @ 1nce quite used to watch those sleazy , bumpkin Bhojpuri songs on Mahua..Watching them , I felt like a pighead 🐷 .. Still I can't help dat ..
I think that's bcoz there is an inherent attraction for the exotic unknown 😎 ..
