Adi can't be a father in future nd Raman-Shagun to sleep together

Adi is suffering from a disease, many people here assuming its cancer. So Raman and Shagun have to come close for Adi but there are stem cells already for Adi and Ruhi is there for bone-marrow transplant. I think Adi is having other rare disease, it might be revealed later that Adi can not be a father in future. Sexist Bhallas will be stunned hearing this and force Raman to sleep with Shagun to have a new ghar ka chirag. Topmost sexist Toshiji will convince selfless Ishita and she will have no choice. I think Romi's disease will be transferred to Adi and as he can't be a father again, Raman and Shagun will sleep together to have a new ghar ka chirag.

For the ghar ka chirag only rraman is there there is Rome too. If they really need for another child they may go for IVF or any other medical technology so that raman and ishitha will have their own child not through shagun whom there is no place in ramanlife. And in case of incurable disease with the help of stem cells the child can be get well of nearly 152 odd disease even genetic diseases were cured with the stem cells
