So yesterday's epi prove the clear reason that Colonel prioritized promise given to Jagat that he will keep Anjali safe to over the promise he gave to Anjali. That he will not allow her to fail. For me it is another instance of how men decide what is good for a woman or what is success or failure for her.

Colonel thinks in one month it is Anjali's marriage so in rescue mission if something happens to her what if her marriage didn't work. Well does colonel think this emotionally disturbed woman can lead a happy married life.

Colonel said unpredictability is the reason Everest is the toughest. Yes colonel because Everest is a woman. If someone thinks he can conquer her she knows to show that person his place. Only those respect her can summit here.

Same is with every woman colonel. The calm nature, but when her fury is unleashed you will understand how much you have under estimated her.

Anjali said it right. She is like a match stick who got ignited. You know match stick. She will burn and has the power to burn the entire forest too and if she cannot do that just like the match stick dies she will also die. But Anjali will not go back alive to her house like this. Either she will go as a victor or her body will only go for funeral.

Colonel also turned out to be a typical chauvinistic guy who plays by the rules of the Guy Book!

He listened to Rawat's request, he fulfilled Rawat's promise but he rejected Anjali, he forgot the promise he made to her long before.

He clearly admitted to Akash that he chose him because Anjali was a girl, so she cannot bear such hardships and because she would be getting married within a month, the logic being that if she gets injured or disfigured during the expedition, her wedding would be cancelled!

Horror of Horrors! Anjali's life would be ruined if her wedding is cancelled, according to the Rule Book followed by Rawat and Abhyankar! 🥱

Arjun also didnt want Anjali to come on the mission as he was afraid she would become famous as the novice solo female climber who went on a rescue mission. Hes so egoistic and mean he wanted Anjali out just so he could hog the limelight alone!

This is all just a case of all the guys (Rawat, Abhyankar, Arjun) joining ranks to defeat the aspirations of a girl who has worked really hard to get where she is today!

Yes, u are right, Arjun is insecure abt Anjali as he knows she is a worthy competitor for reaching Everest summit and vie with him for fame and glory.

But he also knows how important it is for her and how hard she has worked at NIM, so insisting on her exclusion from the team was extremely mean and selfish of him.

He doesnt have any sportsmanship inspite of being such a famous mountaineer. Hes afraid of competition from Anjali and that makes him a small minded guy!

You're right but arjun doesn't know about anjali past. He knows that she worked hard in NIM but he doesn't know that anjali is doing this for her father. He doesn't know exactly about her past.

But yes he truly needs to come out of his bubble. He should accept competition! Competition is not always bad. His past made him the way he is but he will change for the better for sure and we have to see that.

Arjun just loves the camera and publicity and exposure! Hes busy posing and ordering Akash to videotape him.

He resented Anjali also because Akash was busy paying attention to Anjali and her problems instead of videotaping him at the camp.

Even without knowing abt Anjali's problems, he shd not have tried to get her kicked out of the mission just to satisfy his own ego. That is just spiteful and petty!

I doubt if Arjun's nature will improve on the way up, if anything his quest for the sarpech might put the rescue mission in further danger.

If Reena's love and faith in him didnt improve him so far, then I dont see much hope for him.

So Col decision influenced by Rawat's sign... Now I want Anjali to climb all alone I don't care whatever abstacles comes on her way.. It's difficult to digest when you are inspired a great thing to do in your life, while success and failure depends upon the circumstances.. But is there any theory to accept defeat everytime.??. In Anjali's case I would be happy rather she tends to step out all alone inspite of overcoming dangerous hurdles passing through her mission, that will be her huge challenge task in facing the fact better she can break the hell out what was happened in the name of racism..!! Now whatever Is Jagat's choice of Vidhaan is actually a perfect fit for Anjali? Let me get answers from Jagat itself how could he determined the unpredictable way of life?? Either he knows that Vidhaan falling for Maithili? So there are so many complications which are conveyed through this show.. I hope makers will surprise us much more with logical twists and turns..!!

exactly, arjun is not a bechara as he portrays himself with his past story...

i mean life has been unfair to him, but he also got chances to resurrect himself and be happy.

he got Immense fame , and even during his days as theif , he had a loving gf in reena. they looked quite happy as a couple, but he chose to leave her JUST because she was a witness to his past, . He simply likes to shove off his responsibilities and run behind the limelight , He just wants to datisfy his ego , because he thinks he has been wronged in his past. thats cynical and quite stupid.

even i dont see any hopes of him to improve. But I hope he summits and I want him to go throufgh the tough conditions , to understand the true worth of Life.

True he is influenced by her father's promise, But I think Colonel has every right to take a decision for a team member, MUCH more than her dad, who has not thought of her in his entire life , and now suddenly fears she will die! ridiculous!

coming to colonel again, being a head of the mission, he is right IMO. We ave to accept that a man and woman have a basic biological difference, and no feminist theory deny that! and Biological strngth has nothing to do with mental strngth. so In no way , Anjali is inferior to a man.

Colonel was very clear that this si a RESCUE mission and so arent summitting. Now we audience know certain circumstances will arise and they will summit, the 3 of them... But on paper, its a rescue mission, and colonel said he would have chosen Anjali if it was everest mission.

I think we are blowing this matter out of proportion.. All are right. anjali is upset cos her chance is gone and she will have to get married back home. Back to square one. And she will join the team , by breaking rules just like she did at the NIM admission. I think Colonel will only gladly accept her, and end up being amazed at her determination. :)
