Independent sources have confirmed that a PR person is behind the latest smear campaign that targetted Hrithik Roshan.
Despite his repeated denials, this PR 'professional' was stoking the media's imagination with imaginary news bytes of an ongoing "relationship" between Kangana Ranaut and Hrithik Roshan.
Sources also confirmed that Hrithik had developed fondness for Kangna while shooting for Krrish3 in Jordon but the two veered away when Hrithik was going through his divorce.
However, both kept in touch and none had any intention of giving the relationship any name except for a "friendship".
A recent interview of Kangana Ranaut seemed to have armed the PR person where she said that she is in a relationship.
The PR person - who obviously had an axe to grind with the star - had apparently demanded money from Hrithik before leaking it out to the media that the man Kangana is referring to - is Hrithik Roshan.
Hrithik had refused to pay up and subsequently cut off all communication lines with the person.
Sources also reveal that it all started when there was a serious disagreement between the PR and Hrithik. The disagreement with the star cost the PR two lucrative film project which included an upcoming Hrithik film.
Unable to take the humiliation, the PR chalked the elaborate plan to harass Hrithik just show how powerful the person is in the industry.
Sources also say that the PR had persistently demanded that those two film projects be handed back. Hrithik has so far not responded to these demands.
The last time when the same rumour surfaced (that he was him having an affair with Kangana Ranaut on the outdoor shooting locales of Krrish3) it was discarded by most media houses as a publicity stunt.
But this time, the plan went exactly as planned.
Within 24 hours of the story appearing on the internet, gossip websites started tagging Hrithik Roshan's name with the article, sayingthat the man Kangana is referring to, is in fact, Hrithik Roshan.
The news was soon picked up by reputed media agencies which put their stamp of approval on the rumour. This warmed up the copy-paste entertainment 'journalists' sitting in front of their desks and updating their sites.
Soon, websites all over were buzzing with the 'news' of a relationship with Hrithik and Kangana.
A wesbite even carried a news itemsaying that Kangana Ranaut has confirmed her relationship with Hrithik.
Hrithik Roshan took to Twitter to deny the allegations. He posted two tweets to deny it, here is his second tweet.
Within seconds, the denial went viral and again a few websites carried the news as if it was a confirmation.
Sometime back. Hrithik again posted another cryptic tweet about how some people are trading their for money. Here is the tweet.
Who's possibly trading life for money? We don't know.
But we definitely know that Kangana Ranaut can set the record straight once and forever.
