Aditya is already disturbed and very insecure. Aditya should be helped in accepting the reality rather than giving him some false hopes which cannot be fulfilled. He probably does not understand that all this is temporary. He will expect to see Raman and Shagun together again in the future and when they are not together, he will develop his insecurities again! COMMON SENSE!!!
No child should be given false hopes. Kids need to accept reality of their parents and parents should make sure they create a healthy environment for them to accept it. Ishita is playing with his mind.
