movies about female friendships..

We have had many movies that consist of bromances, be it ZNMD, DCH, Gunday, AAA, KHNH, KPC, SOTY, Dostana and more, but we rarely have movies that consist of friendships between women. We saw it explored a little bit in Cocktail between Veronica and Meera. (From memory, I can't think of any others).

Many actors have worked in movies in the past and haven't gotten along, so this argument that actresses can't work together isn't really working anymore. Why do you think the industry doesn't explore this area more? 😭

As a member of the audience, would you be interested in seeing such a movie?

Aamras.That's a decent chick flick with the story revolving around 4 school friends and their friendship.Its a small budget movie so many haven't heard or watched it.I personally find its story relatable to real life.
Another is Aisha.It got mostly bad reviews and bad acting as well.But its loved by many on this forum so you can try it.Movie is higly influenced with Sonam's real life character where she loves to doll up wasting/spending her dad's money, keeping her brain aside.
But different tastes, you may love it!

Yes its a nice movie, atleast from Indian standards.It handles teenage issues well plus its liberal enough to add some female related talks between friends.Its goes a lil melodramatic though towards the end.I love all the subplots in it which most of people (or girls) can relate to.but then, it isn't popular though its a movie of Basu Chaterjee's daughter, Rupali Guha
