I am curious to know how Sarika became a psychopath?

Are her and Sam fraternal twins? Both are loco but Sam is more cunning and shrewd whereas Sarika is a psychopathic killer ..she has no qualms about hurting/killing children or adults...

Wondering if something happened in her childhood?
