Supreme court has ordered an instant ban on the film.
In recent days two FIR's were filed against PK actor Aamir Khan and Director of the film Rajkumar Hirani for disgracing Hindu Gods and religion.
Earlier people showed their anger on social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
The secretary of Hindu Legal Cell Prashant Patel has now reportedly filed FIR against Actor and Director of the film.
The dialogue Jo darta hai wo hi mandir jaata hai' has been specially mentioned in the FIR.
Prashant Patel said that FIR has been filed by Delhi police on his complaint and police is investigating the matter. He further said that if the police fails to take the action, HCL (Hindi Legal Cell) will move to court.
