Yes, I agree that Arzoo is never going to turn out to be revenge taking person out to hurt Sahir, and that will just prove her true strength.
Normally I like Sahir's character to bits and it was him that attracted me to this show...but all you have to do is put yourself in Arzoo's place, when Sahir was trying to woo her with first birthday moon etc...and you will know how bitter her heartbreak is going to be when she knows, that when she rejected Sahir, his first thoughts were about Zeenat, Rehman and the DEAL. He was not even thinking about him and Arzoo spending life together, or of thier moments together. He was not even offended emotionally at the rejection. He was only upset his plans are not working out. !!!! I was so so stunned by that. Thats a ruthless man there...and coupled with the fact that he never owned up to burning that factory to her, nor told her about Zeenat...its very clear Arzoo is just a puppet for him at this time.

Yes, he may have been attracted to her at times , and shown a good heart at times, but the ruthless business man has emerged in him. He may also want to win this game to prove to himself that Arzoo was attracted to him and not to Zaki...a very simple male thing. But he is not thinking of Arzoo, her emotions , or what she wants in her life. Even if she really is a gold digger, he still did not have any right to seduce her with wrong intentions.

Arzoo's equation with Zaki is her problem, her wish...she has never intentionally misled Zaki...infact it was very arrogant of Zaki to think that since there are only two men in the house and Arzoo and Sahir fight so he is the only candidate available. For Arzoo, Zaki is a harmless flirt..she does not even take him seriously. She is helping with paternity test so that once its proven Samaira is pregnant from someone else, even Rehman cannot force Zaki's marriage. Sahir can threaten to disclose Samaira's pregnancy with that xyz person to the world if Rehman does not comply...the cards will then be in Sahir's hands. CVs have given us the scene where Arzoo talks to the bird and tells that she is doing this more for Sahir.

I am not saying that Arzoo is not flawed or has not been stupid..she has yes..
But Sahir is breaking her intentionally..with no intent to follow it through if indeed she had said yes to her proposal. Worst is he used her birthday, her bad fatherless childhood , and her friend the moon. That, for a girl is a lifelong scar.

I understand the explanations that Sahir 's pained past is causing this, but pain does not go away by giving more pain to someone else. Even if Sahir wins this deal, he will be ultimate loser in this.
Sahir has been suffering for 7 years. Arzoo has been suffering for 15 years or more. How is her pain any less.

I also hear that Sahir has done a lot for Arzoo...exactly what has he done? She got the job because of her mothers friendship to Alvira...and because Nausheen in the past has helped Alvira. And also because she proved her talent in the dress she designed at fashion show, where it caught Alvira's eye. She is in the house because of Alvira, not Sahir.
She got promotion because she created a good design. Sahir could not use simple CCTV in his office to figure out who stole her design, even though the robbery happened in office premises in broad daylight. She wrote a silly resignation letter( which by the way I throughly enjoyed. it was too cute and hilarious) , but she was going to take it away..when Sahir forced her to show him. If my boss asked me to show him whats in my hand..I would go to HR and complain!! I have worked in India and USA for about 10years..no.. bosses do not get to get that personal with employees!!
She was in his cabin..he can ask why...but he cannot force her to show whats in her hand...!
Thats why I say, Sahir does not run Saiyyara professionally. He is an emotional guy with ruthless goals in business solely for his promise to Zeenat.
He stood up for her dignity when Kurti made noise in front of everyone. Agreed...but boss she was really in his room...he was the only Alibi...it would be wrong if he kept quiet and let everybody think she was in Zaki's room.

At this point..I wish shake Arzoo and tell her both Chaudhary brothers are trouble for her and she should keep away from them...but Arzoo does not know what pain awaits her. One brother thinks she loves him so he declares things without asking her...another brother thinks she is a gold digger and of bad character so he thinks its okay to put her through challenges and tests.

Some day on the future..Nausheen should give one tight one to Alvira , for bringing her daughter to Mumbai , and for making a mess of her life with her arrogant sons.

Arzoo, Sahir both are flawed characters. Both are pained from their past. Both have displacement of anger.

Arzoo has been unprofessional, thrown mobile, been rude. She is volatile. One moment she makes a decision, she will not bother about someone's life. Very next moment, she gets carried away. But one thing she has never done is, hurting someone's feelings, intentionally. Even when her model sister accused her of having double standards, she bear the pain and wished her luck.

Sahir can be professional, can remain calm (at least project himself calm when someone is around him). He is not inconsistent. But, .. time and again he proves that he is only a manipulator, who can place his business and deals above his heart, his feelings.Is that good or bad, I will not debate.

I have stated my pov clearly but what beought me here is that someone wrote sahir should mot have asked arzoo to show resignation letter, he gets too personal that was funny ... Because the person conveniently forgot that she was in his office, without permission and he saw her pick something from his table ... and qhen asked the way she acted anyone would want to know what she was doing there ... Yes i know u think arzoo is oh so popr despite of all the wrongs she herslef does but that does not mean everything sahir does is always wrong or bad ... Arzoo apart fr getting that deal nack which was lost due to her only has done nothing for him yet people go oh she has done so much ... Where as whatever he has done is always mothing lol yea he gets too personal with his employees but she behaves oh so professionally always ... Yea right! And arzoo is in love so she can be forgives anything or her father gave her pain and despite having love of her mom, grandmom and sisters she has a oh so painful past ... But sahir has no right to act in a certain way because of his past, he should always be the perfect gentleman!

Soaps, I normally ignore your posts and move on because most of the your posts have the same opinion that Sahir is great and Arzoo is wrong...and I have read that multiple times so I don't bother with replying.
But I am replying to this post because the "someone" you mentioned is me. I am the topic maker, and I also posted the true boundaries. of what a boss or manager or CEO can or cannot do in an organization. I am an MBA and have studied HR ( Human Resources) along with organizational dynamics, and have good work experience in India as well as USA. No one, not even the CEO of an organisation can force an employee to open a sealed envelope against their will. That actually reports into legal domain and HR can take action against that. Even if the employee was in the boss's cabin, the letter WAS NOT ON HIS DESK. He can politely request her to tell him whats in her hand or what she picked up from his table. If she does not want to tell, and he still wants to know, at this point he will have to call HR representative and security.
If he suspects she has some material that can harm people, he can allege that and have security scan her. A sealed envelope does not come into that category. Now, even if its disclosed to all present that there is an envelope in the employee hands, which she picked from the boss's desk, still no one at this point can FORCE her ( people can be curious, and can ask her to open it out of friendly-ness..but not out of authority..) to open it or read it against her will. Reality is not a hindi soap. There are rules, laws and regulations at a place of work and all managers and above are trained to operate within these laws. Not even the founder , chairperson or CEO are above these laws. At this point , in a real company, Arzoo can call HR, openly declare she was going to present a letter to her boss but chose to take it back. No one can force her. The only think Sahir can do here it to fire her if he does not like her, that too by proving bad performance or that she did something against company interest. An employee has rights , protected by HR and legal domain. Curiosity and innate sense of authority does not give any boss the right to demand that an employee disclose whats in her hand, or take the envelope from her, open it and read it against her consent. Thats ILLEGAL. That's just not tolerated in any workplace. Arzoo can levy charges at this point of bullying and intimidation from her Boss. Technically he should stopped after he saw she had an envelope in her hand, because he has confirmed she is not carrying anything unsafe. Any thing further after this needs HR intervention. And boss cannot accept resignation when employee did not even turn her resignation in, to him. Even with e-mails, there is something called Recall. An email sent out can be recalled, and that counts as a nullification of the content of original email. No action can be taken against that email. Hope that clarifies .
Thats about law and legality in a realtime work place...there is nothing funny about it...Sahir never treated Arzoo with professional detachment, and he should not expect the same from her..anyway..we are watching a Hindi Soap..so not expecting all this out there...Sahir has more than once been rude and impolite to her and thier equation was never professional due to the fact that she stayed at his house.Infact that whole jail episode where Arzoo is bailed out by Sahir, technically Saiyarra and Sahir should bail her and apologize to her because she had gone there on company purposes. Its the company's responsibilty to deal with any inadvertent situation that arises out of that. It should not have been Arzoo thanking Sahir for the bail, it should be the reverse, Sahir should officially apologize on behalf if Saiyarra that a female employee was sent to such a wrong place while on duty, which affected her reputation . However, this is a Gul Khan Soap on a Hindi channel, here male leads are made out to be great and hot even if on they are weak on technical and legal ground.

So while I agree Arzoo is unprofessional and stupid many times, Sahir is not any less. I agree that Arzoo is more stupid and impulsive, but she does not have a scheming brain that both Sahir and Alvira seem to have.
Regarding the rest, I have maintained that both are flawed characters...this time Sahir stooped too low by trying emotional manipulation. If Arzoo manipulated Sahir after knowing about Zeenat and his pain, then I would say the same about her.
I am writing this post only to let you know about HR and organizational laws. I am not interested in a debate about the male and female leads , if they do not show any flaws the show will not go on.

For me neither sahir is great nor arzoo is ... I have always said sahir is flawed but that does not mean arzoo is great she too is flawed. If she gets into trouble because of her " innocnece" its her fault not anyone else's. She chose to lie about pregnancy for what ever reasons, no one is obliged to trust her because she is the one who lied!!! No one owes her anything ... Sahir has never troubled her or schemed against her till she did not but into his life ... she has been pushing a lot of his boundaries whether in her innocence or whatever! And if he is as bad as people make him to be and he has never done anything for how come arzoo fell in love and how come she admitted that all her success if because of him? Sahir only schemed now ... she has been in love for a long time

And u talk about laws please also tell me what law says about hitting someone with your phone? or writing abusive resignation letter? And entering someone's office without permission and looking like you were stealing something? And Sahir did not force her to get the letter, he did not twist her arm ... Nor arzoo looked or behaves like she was being forced ... Nor she complained! Did she say no matter what i wont show you even once? If she had then forcing part would come!

And you can think whatever about me but dont put your words in my mouth i have never said sahir is great or perfect!!!
