If someone sends u a question on your scrap book.
You can reply to it when you open your dashboard.

If you want to send someone a question :-

1) Go to her/his profile.
2) Open the scrap book.
3) Type a question.
4) Click 'Send' or whatever is written.

Testimonial can be anything you post.
You can post a pic by doing the follows.

1) Go to imgur.com.
2) Copy a link and post into 'upload images'.
3) Then copy the image URL you see at the site.

I doubt if newbies can post images you have to be a atleast 200 posts ols for that. Not sure though
