Hi to every YHM fan am not new to this forum but an on and off participant. I read most of the stuff written here and do enjoy them thoroughly. I have wanted to write something on this wonderful soap for a while now especially so after the harassment of Ishita. Anyway, am going to try out this idea in mind and hopefully you will all enjoy it. it could be an os,ts or ss of no few updates cause am generally lazy. It might also turn mature so just giving early warnings to all under 18 to stay away. so enjoy and sorry for the mistakes in spellings and grammar.
Ishita am sorry, am sure you hate me now but time will heal you and you will find happiness again in Ma...ni..I just could not sit and watch you suffer due to my past. life will be difficult without you and my family in my life now but that is the purpose of this drastic decision to save you from my past which is hunting me like a vulture.
When i first met Shagun I fell in love at the first site of her beauty...I devoted my life to loving her wholly and truly and adhered to all her demands. I was willing to even put up her affair with Ashok because I failed in keeping her to myself and I failed my parents for they arranged my marriage with her. When she left me I was completely shattered and broken as I did everything she wanted and more and I was afraid to be mocked by society so I resigned and left.
When papa and appa fixed our marriage, we both were against it but went ahead for Ruhi.. Despite all our differences, you have showered my family with you goodness, care, and affection which I only returned to you with hatred, abuse and insults and added to that my past baggage.
This is the only way I can think of protecting you from my past evil encounters.
I have not run leaving my family as your responsibility but I want you to move on in life and get the happiness you deserve. My family will be okay...yeh they too will be angry for a while but they will understand my plight.
Ishita I have asked Pathak to ready the full adoption papers so that you have full custody of Ruhi...I mean this way no one will take her away from you not even me. Please do not hate me as much as am hating myself for hurting all of you.
I will not come back to India unless I hear you are happily settled in ma...tr..i...m.ony with your Ram. please do take care of your self and o..u...r, I mean your Ruhi. I know she will miss me but she loves you more than me and will be devastated without you so tell her " papa too loves Her."
I do not think I will be writing to you or anyone soon..so take care and do not worry about me. I will handle myself.
Raman after so many efforts of trying to explain his sudden departure, was sitting all alone in his new apartment trying to write a letter to Ishita a week later. After rereading it for the umpteen time he finally shove it into an envelop to be posted without any return address and took his glass to drown his sorrows.
He had promised to call his mother when he reached but did not do so as he knew by know Pathak would have handed the divorce letter.
Upon arriving in Singapore Raman decided to find an other accommodation as he knew that his Jansi Ki Rani and Jagga Jassosi wife can easily find he and he is not ready for any confrontation. He has also decided to quit his present job so there will be no easy way to trace him.
He knew it was not going to be easy staying away from his family and mostly her. He tried all he could to not waste himself in alcohol so as not to remember her but even that is futile as even his drunken state takes him back to the time she helped him into their apartment doing all she could to ensure no one and especially Ruhi see him in that manner. Raman mustered some courage and went out in his state to post the letter finally.
" Ballajiii, Oye Romi, Simi," screamed Toshiji with happiness eyes glistening with tears.
"what is it Toshiji, you will wake the whole society at the way you are shouting and also consider our in- laws."
"Ballaji am happy and I care less who wakes up, look finally sense has gone into my son"
" who Romi, now what has he done to bring tears to your eyes"
" No no Ballaji its a letter from Singapore, from Raman. Am sure Ishita has finally convince him to get in touch with us. I told you Ballaji I know my son, he is just an emotional fool but once he saw Ishita and Ruhi he knew that was a wrong decision he took. And I told you once their differences are sorted they will be in touch with us. I trust my bahu Ballaji, she is the only one capable of handling Raman."
" Arre lady are you just going to stand there blahing or will you allow us to read the letter"
"oh yes, Romi here read it for us"
" Sure mummyji"
He quickly tore the envelope without checking the addressee and muted to himself the content. His change of expression from excitement to confusion to shock, confused his family.
" Arre Romi are you just going to read to yourself , listen I hope all is well with Ishita and Ruhi, what did Raman say. oye Romi am asking and..." Romi quickly picked up the envelope and was flabbagasted to see who it was addressed to.
Mr Balla could not take the suspense any more and took it from Romi and ..." what is this...am not understanding...what is going on."
"Ballaji you and romi are a killing me will anyone tell me what is in the letter. Simi you please tell please quick
Before Simi could take the letter from Mr Balla, " mummyji this letter is for bhabi and its from bhai" Romi told her
" Listen to me Romi tell me clearly what is in that letter not riddles."
"Mummyji you are not listening bhai has left us again."
Toshiji slapped Romi thinking he is fibbing
"Stop it Toshiji, stop it ,Romi is right Raman has run away from us and from Ishita. He is not coming back not untill Ishita is remarried again."
"what!!!" came from another person at their door.
