Of course hes faking his death. To catch Durga off guard. His plan to kidnap Payal failed so now hes using other tactics of playing dead.

Weeds dont die that easily, they have to be sprayed with weed killer...Durga needs to destroy him with her own hands.

Shaurya faked it.

100% sure.

He is not going to hand himself over to police or confess crimes.

But now that he has seen his parents have weakened and cannot help him much, so he is desperate to escape police and take matters in own hands to deal with Durga.

With his death drama he has ensured reactions of his parents distract them all. Durga also gets caught unknowingly, thinking he is dead.

But I think this step is exactly going to trap him. He will end up targeting Payal or Durga and as usual he would brag and threaten. This time Durga and Dev should record his deeds and produce him to the world.

He is rather laying trap for himself than for Durga.
