Ladies and Gentlemen

The room is ready,table are set. The band is playing our theme song,fellow members are excited to start the function

Lets rise up a hearty welcome big and warm enough to hold all...

So here we are for Thanking and Appreciating the hard work of our Unsung Heroes ,which is none other than our own

Development Team Members of the forum.

Poetry captures emotions in ways that transcend mere words. So what better way of saying thanks to valued DTs than with poems which

describes the personality of them.

Dedicated hearts like yours

Are not so easy to find.

It takes a special person to be
So generous and kind.

To care so much for your fellow man

Is a quality all too rare.

Yet you give of your time and talents,
For all in need to share.

So thank you for being our DTs,

We're privileged to have you.

We want you to know how appreciated you are,
Not just today, but the whole year through.

So come and join us here and have a nice opportunity to know them .

We want to shout and thanks out loud and let everyone know how

much the support of our DT members means to us.
But more than that we need them to know.

Which we believe.

Great leaders are almost always great simplifiers, who can cut through argument, debate, and doubt to offer a solution everybody can understand.

This is what our great DT's do for us . We do not have the words to describe the generosity of heart and soul that comes from people who volunteer on a regular basis to maintain peace in the forum,where unnecessary and sometimes serious issue occurs which they patiently handle, whether it about fans clash between their favorites or going against the rule of the forum.

It is DT's who , help others to understand the necessity of change and to accept a common vision of the desired outcome.

Here is a spcial messages we collected from the forum members to all the DTs of the Forum

BB 8 Forum DT's have done exceptional job this season. Its one crazy forum for 105 days and to manage chaos in there is commendable. 3 Cheers for all the DT's in BB 8 forum 👍🏼 by ashdgr8

the BB DT this season has been very active and alert and quite strict too. many mishaps must have been stopped from taking place due to the hard work of DT. awesome job by all MODs!!

Three month of BB are the most difficult months for BB DT's n kudos for managing it well and keeping the forum under control and clean ...keep up the hard work and thank you for making BB forum fun with activities like BB Award n many more 👍🏼

Its a crazy show and even more crazier forum. And to manage and moderate that, one needs a lot of time, patience and a lot energy. And BB8 DT have done just great. So 3 cheers for them. Hip Hip Hurray!Thanks!😛

DTs are the backbone of forum and do a lot without expecting Anything in return Thanking them can go a long way toward accomplishing this goal, so it's worth taking the time to find just the right word to show our appreciation, they deserve to be recognized in a special way so here we present small but special gifts for our unsung heroes.
