Suhana's accident

After seeing yesterday's episode I felt something hard when suhana told about her accident.

It was the accident happened when Ruhaan and Sim came back from old age home.

Suhana was shown married with some other guy in Goa and the same guy was with her in Taxi right?

Why the guy left her? How she believes that Ruhaan as her husband just by having his photo?

Do you remember Inder told SC to use the trump card, is suhana and her husband are not those cards?

I don't want Simran to help Suhana and let Ruhaan feel embrassed, I want her to be strong as if she is now
