Thinking about it from a Medical/Logical view it is possible. I don't think they have ever specified the reason of Ishita's infertility and from what I know it depends on the reason. My aunt was always told she would never get pregnant as she suffered from PCOS, but now she has 2 daughters and got both of them without any treatment, so there is a possibility. 

I have always suspected that the diagnosis may have been a mistake or a trick by Subbu's mom because she many not have liked Ishita. I hope she gets preggers. 

could be possible seeing how medical technology has advanced but in Ekta's serial she can mess up science big time so u never know whats gonna happen
