no one wants rooms 13 or 6 even ...is it true or just supersitious belive?
There is NO bad luck associated with either of these numbers.
In fact, these numbers were important to people in the past.
666: The people of Babylon had 36 main gods. If you add numbers 1 from 36, (1+2+...+35+36) you will get 666. People wore amulets with these numbers to get protection from their gods. (666man.com)
Friday and 13 were both sacred to the Norse goddess Freyja, so Friday 13th was especially sacred. (Wikipedia)
The Last Supper Theory is also quite popular as 13 people dined on a table (Jesus + 12 apostles).
But, in reality these superstitions were propagated by the Catholic Church to discourage pagan practices and to promote Christianity.
Many innocent men and women were burned at stake for "Witchcraft" as these people practiced herbal medicine using pagan methods.
