Ye Hai Mohabbatein Written Update - 10th December 2014

Episode starts with Raman asking Mihika to get a change and meet people or atleast meet Mihir but she refuses.. Raman asks her not to think much and to think about mihir and may be do something for him like bed breakfast as men love that.. Ishu asks really and they have a cute fight.. Mihika sees them and thinks that may be Raman is right, and that she should meet mihir.. Raman calls doc to find out about Suraj and thinks he should tell Ishu but thinks he cant as this can affect mihika more..

Court orders come home and everyone get worried.. Toshiji thinks its for Simmi and asks her but Simmi tells that she hasnt done anything yer.. Ishu opens and reads it and is shocked.. Everyone ask her about it and Romi reads it out and says its about Ruhi's custody case which is reopened which shocks everyone and they all get emotional.. Ishu cries out while Raman is equally shocked and upset hearing and seeing Ishu..

Mihika comes to meet mihir and also enquires about Shagun.. Mihir tells she went to drop Adi to school.. Mihika feels nice that they are having breakfast like this after long and makes eat south indian breakfast.. Ashok barges in and fires Mihir for what he did with Suraj and tells that he will kill him.. Ashok asks him how dare he hit his brother with chair on his head while Mihir tries to make him listen to him..

Toshiji here asks how this happened when Raman says it all and blames himself for fighting with Suraj in Ruhi's school, and how judge saw all this.. Toshiji scolds him for risking Ruhi when Raman says he was angry.. Toshiji scolds him more for not controlling his anger.. Ishu also gets on board and asks if he knows the price of his anger now?? Ishu says she wont let Ruhi go anywhere.. Raman tries explaning that Ruhi wont go and he wont let this ever happen.. they leave to room..

Tohiji cries while Mr Bhalla tries consoling her.. Here Mihika asks Ashok to get out when Ashok asks her to question her lover on why he hit his brother.. Mihir replies that its because they both say nonsense and says that he cant ever listen to any crap about Mihika or Raman and his family and the next time if they repeat it, then he wouldnt mind breaking their heads off.. Mihika leaves crying.. Ishu is crying and ironing clothes.. She says why is Ruhi always being dragged into all the matters, and that because of Raman and Suraj's fight her daughter is being dragged.. She says to herself that she wont let her daughter go anywhere from her and cries.. Raman comes and sees her crying..

Mihika is crying when Ashok comes and holds her saying he's with her.. Mihika gives him back asking him not to touch her ever and not to think that he can become a wall between her and mihir as she wouldnt let that happen.. Mihika leaves while Ashok says that it will happen as he's already come in between them and he will make her realize that he's the only option for her and will trap her into marrying him.. Raman holds Ishu and asks her to listen to him but Ishu asks him not to as whatever happens she has to lose her daughter.. Raman stops her saying that Ruhi is his daughter as well and promises that he wouldnt let Ruhi go anywhere and hugs her.. Ishu cries and asks him not to let Ruhi go as she cant live without her..

Raman thinks why all this happen, whenever he thinks to give her happiness, she gets more pain.. Raman talks to pathak and asks for solution.. Pathak says that judge has said she will verify before deciding on permanent custody and says they will have to meet Shagun.. Raman gets angry but on seeing Appa, he asks Pathak to leave.. Appa gives his FD's and asks Raman to win the case at any cost.. He cries and tells that Ishu cant live without Ruhi, and asks Raman to do this for his daughter as Ishu has gone through a lot.. Her engagement broke as she cant become a mom and now if Ruhi also goes then she will break down completely..Appa asks Raman to do this if he loves Ishu.. Raman asks Appa to trust him and that he wont ever let Ruhi apart from Ishu and returns back the FD..

Shagun comes to the judge asking for Ruhi's custody asking Judge to see how violent Raman was.. Judge doesnt get into her words and asks her to come to court and talk.. Shagun tries her emotional blackmail of Adi missing Ruhi and that last time she didnt get custody as court felt she cant give a stable environment for her daughter, and asks her to think about how Mihika and Ishita are influencing Ruhi.. She tells about how Raman, Ishu and Mihika have ruined her life by Mihika having affair with her boss and Shagun's to be hubby Ashok and how Ishu is busy in sorting out Mihika's life and not caring for Ruhi as she is afterall Step mom.. Shagun says that if Ruhi stays there, all she will see is violence and asks her to give her Ruhi as she can take much more care..

Judge tells Shagun off that she cant take all this and asks her to come to court where both parties will be present, she will hear everything there and give her verdict.. Shagun leaves with Adi and thinks that they snatched Ashok from her, now she will take Ruhi from them.. Raman asks Pathak to do his best but he cant lose Ruhi.. Toshiji asks them to stop now as Ruhi will be coming.. Pathak says they have to go to court tomorrow and leaves saying he's going to meet magistrate.. Ishu requests Pathak to do his best but not let Ruhi go from her.. Pathak asks her to cry and he will do something..

Toshiji asks Ishu to become tigress again that no one dares to snatch Ruhi but right now she's got to behave normal as ruhi will come and will question if she sees all this.. Ruhi and shravan come and Raman leaves saying he's going to pathak for meeting when Ruhi stops him asking if he wont have dinner with her?? Raman stops..
