TMKOC stars spreads awareness for blood donation.
A mega blood donation drive was organised by Mrs. Pushpa Bhanushali, mother of Nidhi Bhanushali (Sonu) at Malad's Natraj Market's camp. Stars of TMKOC along with Nidhi Bhanushali attended the camp and spread the awareness on donating blood.
Mrs. Pushpa Bhanushali says, "Every year 35000 to 40000 patients come to Mumbai for Cancer treatment at Tata, in this treatment they need 180 to 200 bottles daily. After knowing this, I and my brother Kamlesh decided to collect more and more blood for these patients, who are economically and financially challenged. They sell their land, house, jewelry and other assets just to win the battle of life against this deadly disease. In coming days, we will organize such more camps so that we can fulfill such requirements of the patients."
Child artist Nidhi also joins her parents and goes for promotions and attends every camp. She says, "It's our duty to help the people in need. They say in science there is no substituted for Blood so we are the only source of BLOOD for those who need it. I request all my fans to donate blood and save life. It is an appeal to the Mumbaikers to be a life saver and give blood.
