Sandhya's plan..My take

Since the time Hijack happened, Sandhya is the one who has been suffering the most..

Being an honest IPS officer she has to perform her duty towards country ...At the same time she is worried about the safety of her family. Some how she is also answerable to her in-laws as Suraj and Bhabo are connected to them through different relationships.

She is no super woman, will take little steps towards ultimate victory .The portrayal is realistic here.I woud not have liked if the terrorists were given an easy defeat.

Just like a normal person ...Sandhya does feel nervous when he family is at the gun point , she cannot stop her tears seeing a newly married girl sitting in shock ... whats the big deal if she behaves as a normal person along with being an IPS ...😕

I don't expect her to be a super woman neither do I want her to act like an iron lady with no emotions...

In real hijack scenario too, many times the Gov did release the terrorists to save the passengers.In DABH too the Gov had to surrender as there was no other option.If this is one of Gov's and Sandhya's back up plan what is so wrong in this ?

When Sandhya felt tht theres still no guarantee that they will release all the passengers safely , she came up with the plan where they would present Zakir as RK ..fool them and when they fly off their location can be tracked . This is a good plan and a good move, So is she acting dumb ?...I dont think so.

Now according to their back up plan , they had taken real RK along,so that they can make a deal and get passengers released, if the first plan fails..

Gov too is involved and she is not the one taking decisions alone..

just to dramatize the situations in the show ... the terrorists have personal enemity with Sandhya and they want to kill Suraj...

In real situations , there is a team of police officers who deal with such terrorists ,but here Sandhya is called alone without any weapons... How can she win immediately 😕

My take..I don't think Sandhya's plan was wrong, neither she is being shown as dumb .The portrayal is realistic and I'm liking it the way it is.

It is me again with my one cent of opinion - you are forgetting one thing here - Sandhya is a trained police officer where she has to control her emotions - bec that affects everything - she is in front of terrorist and if she can not control that, then she is showing her weakness - sorry I sound little cold but this is reality - imagine doctor gets choked while operating on a very critical case, may be a relative, what happens, he/she looses the patient - same here - Sandhya can show her emotions after everyone is safe and released - I would have loved to see that but not in front of a terrorist - again my POV is CVs are targetting particular audience who like this melodrama which is wrong in my opinion

I'm answering each bit one by one..

Ofcourse, we all know Sandhya is a trained IPS officer and that is why she has been confident enough to overcome her emotions and not listen to what Babasa said, rather went ahead with her plan.Sorry to disagree again, I think she controlled her emotions well while dealing with the terrorists even when Zakir was caught.But then again I stick to my point being an IPS does not mean that you have to act like a super woman even when ur family is at gun point..Her act was natural. . Its fiction so Sandhya has to bear it all, otherwise I doubt such IPS would be given the duty of saving passengers where her/his relatives are hijacked.

Normally , even when we hear about police encounters or when there is a plan to catch the terrorist .Many officers handle such situation, Here the case is different Sandy was called all alone by them. Same goes for the example of doctor, I have never witnessed such case where the doctor has to operate his/her own family member..Yes , If someone gets into such a situation they are bound to feel emotional or confused. . So Sandhya is well justified in this case.

Im comparing the real Hijack with this fictional hijack only cause of one point that is ,in both the cases Gov is usually left with no option but to release the terrorists and save innocent lives. .

The plan made by Sandhya was good and ofcourse as she is a trained IPS officer ,that is why she came up with the plan, otherwise they cud have surrendered as the Gov too was ready to release RK. She had a backup plan too.

In such situations, there are risks involved... There is no question of a dumb IPS or an intelligent IPS ...My point was that options in such case is limited. What else could be done? So Sandhya is not wrong here.

Again our views are different here , So its ok.

In the end I woud say, Its fiction so I don't mind such little errors here and there..but with the overall portrayal of Sandhya I dont have any problem considering she will ultimately win..I dont have problems with her taking tiny steps towards victory.

We both are like day and night in our POV - I am very practical person - whether it is a tv show or real life situation - TV shows are fictional but atleast I would like to see some reality - My POV that Cvs lost it in this whole track - they could never convince me or viewers like me with this plot. With Bhabasa, Sandhya should not even be discussing the situation - she should be very professional - even seeing her family at gun point, a trained officer should handle with confident - not cry like she is shown - that to me showing her weakness to the terrorist - I am not saying that she should not have emotions but she should not show them at that point - if she were so trained, she should have done her homework from the day RK reentered - connect the dots but she failed in evey step

why Bhabasa only - what about 60 other passengers - what happens if all of them come and she has to talk to them - that scene should not even be introduced - again I see some people comare this to real hijack of 1999 - then take everything form that and show here - But to our convenience, take some parts from real hijack and then the rest to what ever fits to gain TRP - sorry like I said our views are totally different

Govinda, Its just that whenever people are a part of the forum every person comes up with their own opinions / Likes/ dislikes ..if it matches well and good , if not even then there is no problem at all

Not only DABH, infact every prod house dreams to get a high trp ..its their business who would not like profits anyway ..We all watch for entertainment but for them its business ..So I wont blame them.

I liked the track over all , but yes it was dragged for a long time...but then again I expected that to happen as the investment is huge , so is the trp .

If you dont like this track , you might like the new one..

Thanks Sonlai_11 for your kind words - I do not think I will lke future track also because I have lost faith in CVs- they already butchered Suraj - I really feel bad - the only way I will like is that if they show Suraj/Sandhya relation grows to be beautiful while Suraj is shown improvemnt in his peofessional as well as personal life - not him wearing western clothes - that is too idiotic to me
