Rucha Gujrati aka Suhana of Bhabhi is losing weight nowadays. No, the slimming bid is not for her role in Bhabhi, but because her dietician has directed her to correct her lifestyle by introducing a change in her eating habits. Following her dietician's advice, Rucha has lost two kgs as of now. And she's determined to lose a few more.
Rucha says: "I am not doing it for any role. It's just that my dietician advised me to have five small meals a day. So I started following that schedule and lost weight in the process. He told me not to stick to the traditional pattern of having only two meals a day and trying to include every edible substance in those two meals."

"I am just following the recommendations of my dietician. I usually start my day with a healthy breakfast that includes either a glass of milk or a boiled egg. Then I follow it up with a fruit like banana or apple. For lunch, I take chapattis and a bowl of rice, dal and some vegetables."
"In the evening I prefer having fruit, usually an apple. Then for dinner, I have a full meal. Before going to sleep, I once again have a glass of milk. I avoid having fatty and oily food. I also avoid having cheese. But you see, for a junk food addict like me, it is difficult to change my eating habits overnight, so I try to restrict my junk food intake to weekends."
"I hardly get time to visit the gym. Sometimes I cannot even manage to go once a week, but whenever I go, I concentrate on my abs. I think one looks great on screen if one has a toned body. Whenever I see myself on screen, I feel that I look wonderful."
Rucha played the role of Kali in Kkusum and received huge popularity for it. She has acted in some films like Shikari, Hum Hai Kamal Ke, Dancer and has appeared in many advertisements as well.
