Name of an FF

can somebody plz tell me the name of an ASYA FF... zoya's marriage is fixed wid ayaan but he runs away and asad marries her... slowly they bcm frnds and zoya joined asad and rashid's business as well... aftr some days asad and zoya gets to know ayaan is married and his wife is pregnant.. they got them home and later asad tells zoya that he is love wid her... she too reciprocates during ramzaan probably... the story is somewhat like this.. please if anybody knows the FF... kindly lemme know the name.

I m searching for an asya ff ... in which .. asad and zoya are about to get married ... but on the day of their marriage asad and his family get into an accident while going to the venue for the marriage ... later when asad is hospitalized zoya comes to know that she is pregnant with asad's kid ... asad was paralyzed due to the accident but other members are alright ... later dilshad tells zoya to go back to new York ... but zoya refuses and stays back with asad and gives birth to their kid and looks after asad and his office works too ... asad also becomes alright later ...

if anyone recognizes this ff and its name ... please tell me ... 😊
