It seems like the shooting of this film was almost complete and there was no need to shoot any further but that was not the truth. A major re-shoot for the film was recently done abroad under the direction of a noted maker who is involved in the project as a creative head. This decision taken by the creative head has left the upcoming director of the film in a helpless and hopeless state. This is a very sorry state for an aspiring filmmaker who wants to have his voice heard as a movie director but the current scenario screams of his voice being muffled.

CHETAN WALKS OUT
Every decision is taken because of a certain reason. Chetan Bhagat, the popular writer who has taken to films in a big way has walked out of his next film with UTV. Chetan wanted a bigger heroine to lead the cast of the film which was based on his novel REVOLUTION 2020, while the director wanted a new face to star. Rajkumar Gupta was the director of the film which he has left. Chetan has now started looking for other filmmakers who may show interest in his story. Watch this space! Incidentally, Mohit Suri is going to be adapting Chetan's next book HALF GIRLFRIEND for Balaji which will release in 2016.
ONE FILM - SO MUCH IN DEMAND
Ajay Devgn will play the lead role in the Hindi version of the Malayalam hit DRISHYAM. The film to be produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures will be directed by Nishikant Kamath. Mammooty played the leading role in the Malayalam film produced by Suresh Babu Naidu, the son of renowned producer D.Rama Naidu. The Malayalam version of the movie which released earlier this year went on to be a big blockbuster. Incidentally, Kamal Haasan has almost completed the Tamil remake of the same film as well.
