They have made a mockery out of a small kid. First her mother abandons her and her father for a rich fellow which renders the little child's father incapable of giving his fatherly love to his child. that incident leaves the guy emotionless, loveless and the child craving for her father's love.
Then she is made the target of foul play of shagun n ashok. shagun the child's biological mother uses her just to let her ex husband down - to rob him off all the little joy he has in life. poor child faces so much torture.

then her angel ishi maa comes to her rescue. she gets the lost love back in her life and also her father's life. she bridges the gap in between the both. she gives them both the love they needed.

everything was fine.

again a demon has come. the old demon again has erupted. how can they show such a track. is ruhi better off with a cheap mentality materialistic mother or a jerk like ashok???

Exactly my point. How can the court think that Shagun can provide her with a BETTER family atmosphere? 😕 Shagun has no job. She isn't married to Ashok yet. She and Adi will stay with Ashok only. After what ashok had done last time in court, how can the court even think of considering opening the custody case? This is all very sad. Poor Ishra. 😭

The track is not opened yet. Please wait and watch. I feel that it will be a matured track and at the end of this track, Ishita will get cleared with all her insecurities with Ruhi.

It's not mockery. It is sad and disturbing but the truth. This happens in real life. Everything we're assuming are pure preconceived notions because we have no idea... we dont know what theyre trying to show or will show. The court isnt wrong either because considering the defamation that Mihika has brought to the Bhallas and Iyers, them intervening is absolutely right. Also, they were anyways to follow up and do a routine custody ke liye check and all na? Its very much justified. This is NOT shagun's doing IMO. Its the court itself. Also what Raman and Mihir might have done at Ruhi's school would have played a role.
& we never know what the court might say. Honestly, this doesnt necessarily mean that the court is keeping Shagun above or giving her any kind of a benefit of doubt. The court might suggest something else altogether for all we know!?

The court considering Shagun a better parent doesnt make sense also.
Doesn't Adi actions of underage driving & Knocking Mrs Iyer & calling the police accusing Ishita on false charges of child abuse show Shagun as a parent in bad light. She is bringing up Adi to be a criminal. What will she do to Ruhi?

Unfortunately in India, the court usually sides with the biological mother when it comes to a very young child's custody. Which is why Ruhi was given to Raman + Ishita only for a short period with a review after 6 months which is now due. Given the turmoil in the Bhalla house and the fact that Ruhi spends most of her time with Mrs Iyer and Shravu, the court may feel that she would be happier with her biological mother and biological brother and live as a family and grant Raman regular visiting rights.

Could that happen? What do you say?

Very true. Poor ruhi. Court is playing with the emotions of the child. She is happy with her ishima and papa and this shagun, bringing manhoosiyat to their leaves. Is baar pakka haaregi

Atleast its between Dad and Mom in Ruhi's case, in the country I live in I know of hundreds of kids that switch from parents to grandparents to foster care every few months... Mom & Dad both are in prison, or one is dead or both have abandoned the kid...
Real life out there is a million times more brutal

I know of a couple teenagers that live in their cars...
Ruhi is not being unusually tortured or anything

This track is way better than Ishita exchanging midnight messages with Mani👏

or Iyers dancing at Shagun's wedding😡

Considering the track hasn't even started and we're all just relying on spoilers and on location videos, I would think it's too soon to pass judgement on the court's decision or the CVs thinking.
In any case, what they're showing is not too far from how ugly custody suits can get.

So I would suggest that we wait and see before getting all flustered and upset - it may all be for Raman-Ishita-Ruhi's better.

EXACTLY

Anything involving Ruhi is way more legitimate than Mihika wooing Ashok😡
