This was one of my favourite episodes... It had everything going on so naturally and the acting all round was superb too!
Everything followed in the right sequence - Arjun in love with Poorvi but realizing she doesn't love him and they are simply way too different from one another, and she's meant to be with Mrigank... The pain he feels is immense, yet, in order to do something for his love, in order to keep her happy, he decides to make things work between Mrigank and her... Not knowing that she has started to fall in love with him... And Poorvi on the other hand, experiencing a new emotion, is confused as to what she really feels and what she sees... While she thinks Arjun is not the bad person she thought he was and that she is starting to like his good qualities, she sees him get close to Gauri... And this not only makes her jealous, but also makes her think she loved someone who went away to someone else so easily and yet she is finding it hard to let go of his thoughts... She didn't want to see his face as he had caused her pain (all be it for one day where as he had been going through it for so long!), yet she wanted to let him know that he wasn't the saviour he thought he was and that he never truly loved her... And in stating the facts, she gave away that fact that she didn't realize when and how she fell in love with him... And Arjun, upon hearing all this, couldn't believe his ears and couldn't take his eyes off her. He almost looked at her in disbelief and also with a lot of pain as he could feel how upset she was... He knew how painful it is to love someone and not being with them and knowing they like someone else... He gazed at her longingly, and as she was walking away... He held her hand and pulled her up close, while she kept hitting him for all the hurt he caused her, he kept looking at her, and finally they embraced in a tight hug, both with tears in their eyes, both with a sense of pain that they had felt, but finally a ray of happiness and contentment of being in love and being with the one...
