Mumbai: Salman Khan is a very happy man indeed. The hunk of an actor, who has worked with David Dhawan is proud of his son Varun and his choice of films.


Varun Dhawan, who was launched by Karan Johar in Student of The Year' is a few films old but is already experimenting with offbeat roles. The young gun has impressed many and taken several others by surprise with his grey shaded character in Badlapur'. Salman is one among the many who is mighty impressed with Varun.

The Dabangg' superstar tweeted:

Wah yaar! Kamaal karte ho mr varun ! Badlapur ? Already tryin diff stuff :) ? Film lookin good. Baap ka record tord do jaldi . Happy fr u .

With such encouraging words coming from the industry heavyweight, we are sure Varun will be extremely happy with his decision to work in the film which also features super-talented actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
