Hey guyzz..

umm... u know how KK asked Nivi how she got scratch mark after the court was adjourned...well if KK had relized that Nivi got the scratch marks in an hour couldn't KK have said that in court??? Like KK could have told the judge that Nivi had no marks and that proved that Su hadn't tried raping Nivi and Nivi was just lieing so that Su could go to jail..

What do u guyzz think??

Ya I know even I was thinking maybe she didnt realised this at the time when court was in session, maybe afterwards when she thought she realised. And also one thing why Kumkum is not asking that after all how that CD got made? I guess maybe I have to wait for sometime.

kumkum would have said but there was no proof about this that before i hr nivi had no scratch on her body. it was kk who noticed this but not everyone. so it was no worth to say this.

I think KK herself was in a shock on seeing those marks..coz she never expected them. Only later did she realise that Nivi did not have the marks on her body an hour before..

But what Seema said makes a lot of sense.. KK could not have proved that Nivi didn't have the marks an hour ago

yup i agree with Seema even if kumkum sed that in court she hasn't got proof for back up so it wud be pointless saying it.

i'm sure kumkum will come up with good proof nd make Nivi confess

but everyone knew that Nivi was shocked when KK asked her for the marks.. and before the break Nivi didn't show the marks cause she knew she didn't have any marks...That would sort of prove that Nivi was lieing...
But u guyzz are right thats not proper proof..But i just hope KK has a good plan to get Su out of jail...
