Mere Humrahi was stretched like a chewing gum.. The extra characters were annoying !
I love him in Kankar, he has a grey shaded character.
And his show Koi Nahi Apna was also good.

Fahad Mustafa: Naseeruddin Shah and Irrfan Khan are my inspirations

Fahad Mustafa: Naseeruddin Shah and Irrfan Khan are my inspirations
Fahad Mustafa
Critically acclaimed Pakistani actor, Fahad Mustafa recently made his debut in Mastana Mahi on Zindagi channel. The actor who is touted for delivering awe-inspiring performances is also known in the Pakistan film fraternity for being extremely careful while choosing scripts to work on.

That's not all. Fahad recently revealed that his impactful performances and his choicest movie selection emanates from his respect for the work delivered by stellar actors, Naseeruddin Shah and Irfan Khan.

READ: Naseeruddin Shah: I am certainly no Einstein

Further elaborating, he said, "I am in love with Naseeruddin Shah's and Irfan Khan's. I follow all these actors and you can see the touch of them in my acting. I consider them my mentors and teachers."

Currently airing on Zindagi, Mastana Mahi starring Fahad Mustafa is a story that revolves around Adil (played by Fahad Mustafa) - the son of a martyred politician, who is living away from home. The show is brilliant narrative of the way Adil strives to strike a balance between his love life and the expectations from his family to carry forward his family legacy.

I made my mind not watch any other show on Zindagi after Humsafar & Dhoop Chhaon ended because all shows were so wonderful that I kept my studies aside and sit glued to this channel! 😆 I randomly watched the repeat telecast of 1st episode while having evening tea and since then I had been intrigued to each episode of Mastana Mahi. 😳
I never realized that I could love some other Pak actor too apart from Fawad, Sheheryar or Ali. Fahad has impressed me alot as Adal and I'd love to watch more of his works... He's one talented & brilliant actor. ⭐️⭐️

Though I didn't like Aleen's character too much (honestly she seemed annoying to me since first episode :P), Mehreen was good in her role. She was full of flaws since beginning, whether it was going against her parents and marrying Mike or taking divorce from him and marrying Adal even after knowing about Suhai. She almost crossed her limits in an attempt to kill Suhai's unborn child, but again, she did that just our of her insecurity regarding Adal & Suhai.

Sajal Ali... I like this girl so much! 😳 As much she made me hate Shifa in MQMD, she was the reason why I liked Suhai alot. Total opposite of Aleen, she never had any issues if Adal gave importance to Aleen and infact she knew that he loved Aleen more than her.Such a sensible character! 😃 I really wonder if people like Suhai do exist in real world or not! She made every possible attempt to stop Aleen in the last episode which I liked alot. She knew that their personal issues were nothing in front of the common man's problems! 👏

Lastly, one character whom I loved the most in the entire series is Adal's mother. I was so impressed by her way of encouraging her son and her attitude towards both Aleen & Suhai. 😳 I liked her scenes with Aleen the most... The way she used to talk to her and deal with her in the worst situations was really good. Especially the scene where Aleen murmurs her to be a dictator and how she replies to her. Another scene where Adal and Suhai's marriage functions are on and Aleen is sitting alone in her room... The way his mother talks to her & asks her to join everyone in the function is so appreciable. 😳

Overall Mastana Mahi is a wonderful show. I'll recommend everyone to watch this one. ❤️

Fahad was no doubt amazing as Adal. He is one of the finest actors of Pakistan right now.
Adal was such a responsible leader, lover, husband. He put his 100% in every relationship whether it was his relationship with Aleen, Suhai, his mother, or his people. I loved the way they showed the development in his character. From the carefree and full of life Adal to a more sensible and responsible Adal.

Aleen as you said was flawed from the beginning. She was stubborn and selfish from the evry start. First she went against her parents to get married to Mike and then turned to Adal for companionship when she could not for that kind of relationship with her husband. I think somewhere deep down she knew Adal liked her and she exploited his feelings.

Then they met again after years after Adal has become more responsible and his shoulder carried a lot of burden. His uncle had died, he was married to a 12 year old and his people had a lot of expectations from him. Aleen then insisted that he should take her along with him to Pakistan and was stubborn about it. She was being stubborn and selfish again. Adal knew she would never be bake to sharehim with anyone but she convinced him that she would do it to be with him.

I really liked Aleen's relationship with Suhai until ofcourse she tried to kill her baby. Suhaai had practically grown up under her guidance and there was a shadow of Aleen in Suhai in the way she spoke and carried herself. She was young but so mature for her age, she had accepted Aleen wholeheartedly.

Aleen knew that one day Suhai will come to live in then house but she was shocked and surprised when she realised that the years have passed so soon and Suhai had grown up. She could see the admiration and attraction in Adal's eyes and she started feeling insecure. She thought that only she would be in adal' heart. That was true, she did rule his heart but he also had a soft corner for Suhai. She was his wife after all, and he was married to her even before Aleen. But Suhai obviously could never take Aleen's place and Suhai herself understood that and did not mind that Adal loved Aleen more. At first, she was a bit upset when he did not pay any attention to her but slowly she adjusted with the circumstances. She loved Aleen and Adal both and she did not want to hurt them in anyway. I simply loved character. If you liked her in this show then you will LOVE her in her upcoming show Gauhar. She is too good in that show!

I liked Mastana Mahi. Fahad was impressive. Not conventionally good looking, but he has his inbuilt charm in him,and his acting does the job for him. Hope more shows of his are telecasted.
