Absolutely right - Infact it is not at all at par with emperor's - Jurisdiction will be limited in these delegated farmaan issue rights - For e.g Internal and National Security will be definitely excluded - as an example. Delegated farmaan rights domain or focus areas will be decided by the Emperor. Under no circumstances delegated's authority can override emperor's rights. EMPEROR's WORD is FINAL and the LAW.

Without that veil, it was looking even more odd - Did not have the Tehzeeb of a Queen at all.
