Arzoo is sitting on a bench...and talking to Allah Miya..asking for an indication that she has fallen in love with Sahir!

She says...if it rains in Mumbai in December it will be definite proof that she is in love!

And it starts pouring!! She is all happy and shy at this confirmation!

This is the same scene as in SBB..there the VoiceOver gave it a different interpretation😆

Yes ye sbb waaley bol rahey they ki vo sahir ka wait kar rahi hai...

Lekin arzoo roney kyun lagti hai...pyar ho gaya isiliye kya😆..khushi ke aansu😆

He was affected by her ... in fact he started getting affected first ... but uss ka past made him resist it ... arzoo is free of any such compulsions so her realizing first makes sense ... because there is no need for her to resist so it makes sense for her to realize it ... Sahir is so caught up in the promise and demons of his past that budging to love so soon would have made little sense
