At hospital, Andal remembers conversation with Azhagar and calls Thenu. Thenu correctly guesses the reason behind her call and tells her to wait for some time and then she herself will be clear as to what to do. Andal agrees and they hang up.Soundar (bad doc from last week promo) comes with coffee. He says how he extended his duty for her and Andal doesn't like it. He has heard her phone convo and asks if she needs any help. Andal asks him to leave her alone as it is personal. He then talks nonsense and Andal tells him to get out. of affairs. Andal asks him how does it matter to you. He then openly tells her he likes her and holds her hand. She slaps him and leaves from there.
Andal is alone at night on a road and is scared. She is debating in her mind about calling Azhagar and he comes there. Andal tries to control her tears but he tells her not to. She asks if he won't ask her why she is there at that time and he replies that if she wants to tell, she can but otherwise leave it. She says there is a small problem and he says he understood that. She says she doesn't want to talk about it and he says, ok let's leave it then. When on the bike, she thinks it would be nice to have a tea as she is having a headache. He stops at a tea stall and she thanks him for everything (ride & tea). She questions him about what he is doing there at this time. He says how when she thinks, he gets the message in his heart but this message service only works with Revathy (partially) and Andal (completely). She asks why and he says only 2 relationships are formed by choice (friend and wife) and once we chose them, we can't change it forever. The first choice is made by heart and rest by brain and heart's choice is always better than the mind's.
Thenu and Andal talking about the hospital incident. Andal decides to tell the chief doctor. They then talk about how Azhagar arrived right on time. Thenu says that Azhagar must be standing outside the hospital, whenever Andal has night duty. Andal feels bad because she almost broke up their relationship. Andal then talks about how Azhagar is a gentleman and never tried to misbehave with her in all these days. Thenu says how education and good manners are not related at all and that a man must respect the woman he loves. Andal tries to call Azhagar but Thenu tells her to decide clearly and then talk to him. Thenu tells her don't base your decision on this one incident and Andal agrees that she is trying to understand him better before coming to a final decision.
