sorry, I know I got delayed but circumstance was not in my favor!! but don't worry from now on I'll give u frequent updates & end this story ASAP.

PART - 20
"Madhu..." Radha cries her name as soon as madhu enters Kundra mansion with her brother mukkund.
"How are u beta?" Radha asks her & madhu smiles & bend down to touch her feet "Nah..nah...jeetey raho, meri bachchi" Radha blessed her gently lifting her up & hugs.
"how are u mummyji? Where is daddyji & others" she asks breaking the hug.
"I'm good beta just little tired with all the wedding preparation. Your daddyji has gone out for...lo, aagai" she points her hand to the entrance when rightly Mohan enters.
"Ah, my princess has come to make the mansion glow in bright colors" Madhu shoots a dazzling smile to Mohan & hugs him & he presses a kiss on her forehead.
"Mukkund beta...aavo...baito...Radha, bring something for them to drink" Mohan orders Radhaji.
"Baitiye, Daamadji...i will come know..."
"Mummji I will help u" Madhu offers.
"Nah, beta, u must be tired so go to ur room,freshen up & take some rest" she caress madhu's head. She nods.
"Auntyji, trish?" Mukkund hesitantly asks Radha.
"Damaadji, call me maa or mummyji like madhu does" Radha says politely.
"Maa...aap bhi mujhe beta or mukkund bolo" he counters her.
"Okay, beta...trish.." she starts to say where trishna was but madhu interrupt by saying "Just now u came. Can't u stay for some time without seeing ur would be wife?? We are also in this world only. Can't u talk with us for a while & then go to ur trish?? Dont u know this basic manner, mukkund bhaiya??" she accuses him & glares at him irately & he grits his teeth to control his anger.
"Daddyji, how u chose him for our trish?" madhu shakes her head in disbelief. Mohan laughs at her childish play.
"Mummyji, all he cares is trish so u don't make him any coffee or snacks, let trish do everything for him"
"Madhu...chup hojao...he is our ghar ka damaad...is this how u treat him??" Radha chides her.
"Beta, trish is in her room, you go see her & I will send the snacks to her room & madhu, u also go to ur room...Mohan, u go give the list to the catering contractor" Radha orders & all scattered like a terrified rat from the sinking ship & then she made her way to kitchen.
"Thanks choti for saving me from being locked up for at least three hours in playing chess with daddyji" Mukkund thanked madhu while climbing the stairs to their rooms.
"Haha...when daddyji moved towards the chess board & looked at u expectantly to join him, I pulled that scene...Great acting, right?" she asks clasping her hands.
"Over acting & dont forget i'm their son in law so give respect & talk from next whether it is acting or not." he warns her.
"Gah...i'm their bahu. Daddyji's princess...u r just a newbie, dont forget that...okay, I did a favor so what are u going to do in return" she shoots up a brow.
"What?" he asks quizzically
"Go get me pan pizza's now" she orders.
"i came to spend some time with trish not to go out & get pizza for u, if that was the case then I would have played chess with daddyji itself." he dismisses her idea.
"Then atleast order for home delivery" madhu was not letting him go without getting what she wanted.
"First you get permission from ur husband, he have strictly instructed me not to give u any outside food, mainly junk food...i guess this instructions holds to every single member of this family so no one will dare to break the protocol & face ur husbands wrath" Darn! My Control freak Doctor! I miss u!!
"But I want cheese pizza, bhai" she makes a puppy face & pleads him.
"Your charm won't works with me. I know u r a drama queen & just before I witnessed one...so stop this act & besides cheese is not good to consume that this time, it may cause misca.." before he could say anything she clasps his mouth with her palm.
"No, please don't say anything. I can understand. Its just I get weird tastes & thought to eat something I like but I can manage...u have fun with Trish...i will head to my room" she faintly smiles & rushes to her room.

"Hello, Stranger" Madhu says picking up Rk's call at the second ring.
"Madhu...what is this? Why r u calling me "stranger"?" he asks her confused.
"Then? What else to call u?? do u still remember ur biwi?? I thought u forgot me as soon as my flight took off??" she mocks him.
"Hey, why are u saying so?"
"Its been 6 hrs since I reached Mumbai & only now u r calling me...when I called u, u didn't attend my call...what's this, Doctor?" she accuses him.
"Madhu, listen, when u called me I was busy & then I called u back but u didn't attend...so I called mom, she told that u were sleeping after having something to eat so I thought not to disturb u" he reasons her.
"Hmm...so don't disturb me, I still feel sleepy...let me sleep, I ll talk to u later" She says yawning. He chuckles.
"Hey, sleepy head, u can sleep how much time u want but now open ur door, Mom is waiting outside with ur Dinner..." before he could say further she hears a knock on her door. Oh my man, he is far away but still holding the string control!!
"Doctor, I will call u back" She says "No, I ll stay on line" he replies. "Okay" then she quickly swung her feet down from the bed & rushes to open the door.
"Mummyji, I would have come down to dining hall right? Why are u straining yourself?" she asks & takes the plate from her hand & places it on the table.
"I'm happy to do this for my bahu & for my grand child" Radha says caressing madhu's cheek. Madhu smiles.
"Is Rishu on line?" Radha asks seeing madhu holding her phone. She nods & passes the phone to her to talk with her son.
"Mom, I heard what u said...u r happy to do things for ur bahu & grandchild & not for me?" he asks sadly as soon radha takes the phone.
"haan baba...what will make me more happy than serving u...u first come here, then I will do whatever u wish, okay" madhu smiles seeing the excitement in Radha's face hearing her son's voice & willing to do anything for him. "Baby, I will also take care of u & do anything for u to keep u happy & safe like ur dadi & nani! I promise" madhu gently pats her flat belly.
"Mom, I ll be there by friday night, till then take care of madhu & u also don't get too worked up with wedding preparation & spoil ur health & please make my favorite ladoos for me"
"Okay, I ll do. Now I will leave u two to talk but dont talk till late night" she warns & gives back the phone to madhu & walks out of the room.
"you had ur dinner?" she asks after taking a bit of roti.
"No, i'm heading back to Doctor's quarters then I will have my dinner" he answers.
After chatting for a while they disconnected the call saying good night.
"Hey, u??" Madhu asks in shock seeing her brother still chatting with Trish. "What are u still doing here?? from the next moment u came u r in her room? I took a nap, had my dinner, chatted with my Doctor & came to say hi to my friend but still...get up man, get out of my house, now" she snarls & forcefully rises mukkund from the chair.
"This is my Wife's house too" Mukkund argues.
"Hey, hello. Don't forget u have 5 more days to get married. Don't u care for mama, papa?? they will waiting for u at home & here u r cracking jokes with her" she asks angrily placing her hands on her hip.
"Madhu, mukkund & I went to pizza hut & some times back only we came home so let him stay na..." Trishna asks sweetly.
"You...You took her out but when I asked...Shame on u Bhai" Madhu scolds. Mukkund scratches his forehead in embarrassment.
"Madhu...please" Trishna pleads.
"You shut up, Trish. Is this how ur Bhai behaved before marriage?? No, right? & u...what r u still looking for?? whatever it is u won't get it. As kundra bahu, I won't spare any of ur naughtiness before marriage so move ur ass & walk out." she points her finger showing him way out.
"I miss RK & I feel pity for him" Mukkund sighs.
"Why?" she asks puzzled not getting the logic behind her brother missing her husband...she should be the one missing him but what rubbish he is saying?? is he telling this to me to gain any sympathy so that I ll let him stay? No, never. I won't let him stay in this place for a minute.
"If he was here, then u would be hovering around him & let us stay in peace & I feel pity for that poor soul bcos he is married to a mad woman" He growls.
"Did you call me 'mad'?? me??" she asks angrily & grabs the flower vase from the table & turns to hit his head hard but before he ran out & escaped.
"Madhu...calm down" Trishna tells her gently.
"You? I will see u later" she says & stomps out of her room. Gosh! Is this for what she came to my room? To break our romantic moments, sent my mukku back home & angrily turning out without a word?? Gah...this girl is annoying...poor Bhaiya!! Trishna sighs.

"Madhu..." Dipali hesitantly enters her room with Adi in her arms.
"Haan...Bhabhi, come in" She smilingly welcomes her & quickly switches of the TV which she was watching while resting in her bed lazily on a bright sunny after noon.
"Um..I...i know RK would have told u everything what I said & I feel guilty bcos I was one of the reason for u both shifting to Delhi. I want to apolog.."
"Bhabhi, please. Lets forget the past & don't feel guilty for anything, u r not the reason but its destined in our fate. I'm happy that u & bhai are going well now." she smiles & takes Adi from her hands.
"Ale..ale...my baby...missed chachi?? I missed u so much, my little boy" Madhu lovingly kisses baby Adi on his cheek & starts playing with him by keeping him on her lap. Adi giggles & starts playing with madhu's shawl.
"Sorry, I thought to meet u yesterday itself, even I came to ur room but u were sleeping by then & later I was little busy with Adi so now I came to see u." Dipali asks.
"Its okay, Bhabhi. Now a days i'm always feeling sleepy." she says embarrassed
"It's normal during pregnancy. By the why u didn't come down for break fast & lunch?"
"Um...i don't know bhabhi but from morning I have been throwing up & I couldn't manage to keep anything in my stomach...i feel little weak so I stayed in" she says holding Adi's soft hand & caressing it.
"U have started having morning sickness?? did u informed Rk?" Dipali asks her in concern.
"I don't know, its only today i'm feeling like this. I will inform Rishab later, now he must be busy"
"Madhu, Saree seller & jeweler have come to our place so come down & choose whatever u want. Dipali beta, u also come" Radha calls them & takes Adi in her arms from madhu's lap.
"Mummyji, I purchased everything for the marriage in Delhi itself, then why again?"
"Madhu, that u can wear for Mehendi or Sangeet function & this is our gift for kundra bahu's so come down fast without any question" she says sternly & walks out of her room.
Madhu looks at the lenga's with Dipali, trishna & radhaji. All were busy selecting the one they liked. But she was feeling uneasy & also confused to choose one. Even Radhaji had shown many dresses for her but she couldn't choose the best one.Hmm...what to do? I'll ask my Doctor!!
"Help. I'm confused" She messages to Rk.
"What?" He texts her back.
"I will send u some dresses & jewelery pics & u choose the best one for me, please. i'm so confused" she types back.
"Are u again gone for shopping?" he types back & madhu chuckles imaging his horrified expression while typing this.
"No, mummyji has called the sellers to our mansion. Okay, I have sent the pics, tell me quick"
"Madhu, wo phone chodo...look at this one...nice nah" Trishna models a saree on her. Madhu smiles in acceptance.
*beep *
"U will look beautiful in all" Rk replies. She blushes reading it.
"I cant drape all at once so stop buttering me & choose one, please"
"u will look gorgeous in that Red lenga & the necklace with red stone. Okay, no more messages, i'm busy now & I'll call u later."
"Perfect. Even I liked that one the most. Thanks for helping me & sorry to disturb u. bye. Will talk later" she hit send button & shows the one she liked to mummyji. & she too approves it with her smile.

Madhu stirs & turns to the side of the bed & her hand hits hard on something so sleepily she half opens her eyes & sees a man sleeping beside her facing other side & only she could see his back & suddenly she came wide awake & got scared to see someone on her bed & she forcefully pushes the man & he rolls & falls flat on the floor & yelps "WHAT THE HELL..." but before seeing his face or hear anything she turns & rushes to the bathroom & locks her in & start screaming "Mummyji, Daddyji...help...help...Chor!! Chor!! koi muhje bachao...koi hai?? Help"
"Hey, its me, open the door" Rk angrily shouts from the other end of the door but without listening to him, she continue to scream.
"Hey, Stop shouting." He loudly bangs on the door making her gulp in fear & a lump in her throat swells & she couldn't utter a word & she starts to breathe rigorously.
"OPEN THE DOOR, NOW" he growls.
"You...you sound like my husband" she asks fearfully but refuse to open the door.
"Because I'm" he replies.
"No, he is in Nainital. U r someone with similar voice, u could be a thief or psycho killer. I won't open the door..." she says stubbornly & yells "Help!! help!!".
"Hey, PAGAL, i'm ur husband so open the damned door" he shouts losing his patience. Already he is angry for the push & now she is irritating him to his wits end.
"My husband will never scold me like this...AHHH..." she starts crying.
He shakes his head & as calm as he could he says "Madhu...open the door & come out so that I CAN KILL YOU" he grits his teeth.
"Give me proof" she asks for proof as she first believed him when he softly called her madhu but then the end sentence made her doubt him.
"Uff.." he breathes through his mouth. "I'm the father of the child you are carrying in your womb. Is this proof enou.." before he could complete the sentence she opened the door & throws her in his arms & hugs him tight.
"I'm sorry..i got scared seeing someone sleeping next to me in our bed...i'm sorry...in my fear I thought some thief or psycho killer entered our house" she says & tightens her hand around his neck.
"Let me breathe, Biwi" he says little pissed.
"Sorry" she parts away. He sighs & holds his forehead with his thumb & forefingers.
"Head ache huh, Doctor?" she asks sweetly. He glares at her shouting loud in his head "yes, u are my head ache"
"Madhu.." he gently calls her near & takes her hands in his & continues "I'm not asking for full but at times please use your brain u were born with" he scowls.
"u r trying to say that I don't use my brain?" she asks him irately.
"Then? Any thief will sleep in bed & relax instead of stealing things or any psycho killer will do this without killing u?" she gulps in fear & hugs him again "Glad it was u not any psyche" he shakes his head & hugs her back & strokes her hair to soothe her.
*knock *knock *
"Who is that at this time of night?" Madhu asks Rk breaking the hug.
"Who else? Our whole family would be hear after all u created a big scene" he says & walks towards the door & opens it. Pushing him aside the whole family straight away went to madhu without noticing him standing there.
"Madhu, meri bachchi, what happened" Radha asks hugging her.
"Why were u screaming, madhu?" Sultan asks her.
"Rishu, tum?" Finally his dad noticed Rk standing near the door & then radhaji, sultan & dipali turned towards him.
"You guys are so alert...my wife screamed 10 minutes before & u came so fast for her rescue from the opposite room & the room next to ours?"
"Rishu..wo..wo...its 3.30 in the morning so we all were in deep slumber" Mohan tries to reason his son. He nods.
"Yeah. Dad, its really late so all get back to ur rooms & rest we will talk tomorrow" nodding everyone went to their rooms.
"You were supposed to come tomorrow night only right?" Madhu asks after Rk closes the door.
"Supposed to" he says.
"Then why one day before?" she asks.
"You want me to go back to Nainital?"
"No! No! I missed u" she quickly hugs him.
"I missed u too. Why u didn't tell me that u are having fever? & also u have started having morning sickness??" he questions her.
"How do u know?" she looks up & asks him surprised.
"Yesterday Mom told me when u didn't pick my call, I called her. So tell me why u didn't tell?"
"I thought not to worry u & if u know u would leave ur camp & come here to me & the same happened"
"Don't hide things from me, madhu"
"I haven't hid anything from u, I would have told you when u come here...i just don't want to worry u"
"But u still had me worried"
"Sorry"
"Okay, leave it. Your temperature have reduced but still u have mild fever. So come, sleep"
"How do u know that my temperature have reduced?"
"I checked with thermometer" seeing her eyes go wide, he laughs & replies "u r a sound sleeper madhu. when u are sleeping I can do anything with u baby, inserting a thermometer in ur mouth is not a big task but u started biting it as if it was some lollipop, glad u didn't break it" he pecks a kiss on her lips.
Then he helps her to the bed & pulls the covers over her & he too joined her.
"Why u didn't go to Your papa's house?" Rk asks her nuzzling her hair.
"um...if I go there I'll miss u more. At least here in our room, I could feel u around so I stayed here. Even Mukkund Bhai came to take me home yesterday but then I was not well too & he only gave medicine for fever"
"Hmm..."
"Will you take me there, tomorrow?"
"Sure, baby"
"At what time u reached here?"
"Yesterday evening mom told about ur health condition so I couldn't stay there so I took night flight & reached here by 1.30am & I was peacefully sleeping for nearly 2 hours before u create that hungama"
"Oh. I'm sorry for pushing u"
"Hmm...okay. By this I came to know you have very powerful hands" He grins.
"Did you get hurt?"
"You are so quick in ur concern" he chuckles. "No, I'm okay. Now shut your mouth & sleep"
"Thanks for coming, Doctor."
"Hmm..."
"Good night, Doctor"
"Good night, Baby"
